Uelzena Cream yogurt is a creamy taste and a fat content of between 10 and 12 %. Made from fresh pasteurized cream (100 % cow’s milk) that has been acidified and curdled by lactic acid bacteria. Available as fresh cream yogurt or as a minimally heat-treated yogurt product. The texture ranges from creamy to solid; acid characteristics and fat level can be customized. Available on request with various stabilizers.

Uelzena Sour Cream (Medium Fat Content) is a product with a slightly sour taste and creamy consistency. Fat content ranges from 18 % to 24 %. Made from fresh milk (100 % cow’s milk) by physical separation (centrifugation) into skimmed milk and cream and subsequent acidification of the cream with lactic acid bacteria. Available as fresh sour cream or gently heat-treated sour cream. The fat content can be individually adjusted to customer’s specification. Available with various stabilizers on request.

Uelzena Whole Milk Yogurt Uelzena acid characteristics and fat level can be customized. Available on request with various stabilizers.

Uelzena Heavy Sour Cream is a sour milk product with a slightly sour taste and firm to slightly creamy consistency. The fat content of 18-30 % can be adjusted according to customer requirements. Also available with different stabilizing systems on request.

Uelzena Lactose-free Cream Products is made from fresh milk (100 % cow’s milk) by physical separation (centrifugation) into skimmed milk and cream. Lactose has been removed from the milk in an enzymatic process. The lactose content is below 0.1 %. The fat content can be individually adjusted to customer’s specification. Available as fresh cream or minimally eat-treated cream. Upon request also available with various stabilizers.

Uelzena Crème Fraîche 30 % is produced with mildly sour taste and creamy consistence. Fat content at least 30 %. Made from fresh milk (100 % cow’s milk) by purely physical separation (centrifugation) into skimmed milk and cream and subsequent acidification of the cream with lactic acid bacteria.

Uelzena Buttermilk Powder (Sweet) is made from fresh, pasteurized, sweet buttermilk from our butter making plant (100 % cow’s milk). Protein content at least 34 % in fat free dry matter.

Uelzena Cream for Delicatessen is made from fresh milk (100 % cow’s milk) by purely physical separation (centrifugation) into skimmed milk and cream. The fat content can be individually adjusted to customer’s specification. Available as fresh cream or gently heat-treated cream. Also available with added stabilizer (e. g. carrageenan) on request. The addition of other ingredients is possible.

Uelzena Greek Style Yogurt is Greek style yogurt product with 10% fat is characterized by an increased protein level. Typically the texture is rather thick and firm; however, the viscosity can be customized with native starch and/or gelatine. The product is made from fresh pasteurized cream (100% cow's milk) that has been acidified and curdled by lactic acid bacteria.

Uelzena Skimmed Milk Yogurt is produced with a fresh, slightly sour taste and a fat content of between 0.1 and 0.5 %. Made from freshly skimmed pasteurized milk (100 % cow’s milk) that has been acidified and curdled by lactic acid bacteria. Available as freshly skimmed milk yogurt or as a minimally heat-treated yogurt product. The consistency ranges from liquid to solid; acid characteristics and fat level can be customized. Available with various stabilizers on request.
