Vegenat, S.A. Dehydrated Mashed Potatoes Flakes 5 Mm is a product obtained from potatoes (Solanum tuberosum L) peculiar to human consumption, from selected yellow pulp varieties. Potatoes are washed, destoned, steam peeled and cut. Afterwards, they are blanched and cooled to obtain a typical texture and then they are steam-cooked. Finally, the mash is dried on drum dryers and cut into potato flakes of definite size, aspect and homogeneous color.
