ADVALON

ADVALON® CF 3295 is a macroemulsion finish for "PAN" carbon fiber precursors with approximately 20% solids content. It is formulated using proprietary silicone technology. The purpose of ADVALON® CF 3295 is to provide excellent wetting and penetration, ensuring uniform lubrication between fibers and metal during fiber processing. It also prevents the fusion of fibers. Additionally, the active substance in ADVALON® CF 3295 acts as an antistatic agent due to its inherent conductivity.

ADVALON® CI 40 is a nonionic semi-microemulsion of a reactive polysiloxane. It is specifically formulated as a fabric softener for polyester materials, providing a soft and pleasant feel. Additionally, it enhances the intensity of dark color shades in the fabric.

ADVALON® EL 39 is a nonionic macroemulsion of a reactive polysiloxane. It is a self-crosslinking, one-component finish that imparts a pleasant, soft, supple hand to woven and knitted fabrics of all kinds in combination with pronounced shape-stabilizing properties. Most importantly, ADVALON® EL 39 conveys extraordinary elasticity, resilience, and stretch characteristics to cotton knitwear.

ADVALON® TL 10 HM is a 100% active compound that combines polydimethylsiloxane with a specialty wax. It offers several beneficial properties, including good abrasion resistance, a low to medium coefficient of friction, and good slip-stick properties. Additionally, it provides increased heat resistance for sewing needles and is designed to deliver excellent sewing performance in medium-duty applications.

ADVALON® TL 11 HM is a 100% active compound that combines polydimethylsiloxane with specialty waxes and an antistatic agent. It has a viscosity of 130 mPa at 80°C. This compound offers good abrasion resistance, a low to medium coefficient of friction, and good slip-stick properties. It also provides increased needle heat resistance and good static protection.

ADVALON® TL 50 CM is a 100% active compound that combines mineral oil and polydimethylsiloxane. It is a clear, water-white liquid with a viscosity of 550 mPa at 25°C. This compound offers good abrasion resistance, a low to medium coefficient of friction, and good slip-stick properties. Additionally, it provides increased needle heat resistance.

ADVALON® TL 88 E is a 50% active exhaustible lubricant emulsion. It is a milky-white liquid that contains polydimethylsiloxane and waxes. This emulsion offers excellent abrasion resistance, a very low coefficient of friction, and excellent slip-stick properties. Additionally, it provides increased heat resistance.
