Application
ADVALON® CI 40 is recommended for padding application on polyester under common conditions. It can be used on its own or together with organic fabric softeners and other finishing agents. The individual compatibility should be tested on a case-by-case basis.
Processing
For optimum finishing results ADVALON® CI 40 should be applied by padding at bath concentrations around 50 g/l. Liquor pickup 70 - 80 %. The silicone finish will cure quickly upon heat drying of the fabric. Stenter curing at 120°C is recommended.

- Typical Properties
- Properties
ADVALON® CI 40 gives a pleasant, supple hand to polyester fabrics. Most importantly, ADVALON® CI 40 significantly deepens the color of disperse dyed polyester without promoting the thermomigration of the dyes. Therefore it enables deeper color shades and noticeable savings of dyestuff.
