Typical uses are for Kiss-roll application on continuous filament, Core Spun, and Cotton Wrapped Polyester and Nylon sewing threads. It provides excellent sewing performance in medium duty applications. ADVALON® TL 10 HM improves the overall performance of sewing threads.
Processing
ADVALON® TL 10 HM is applied to the thread via rollers at 80°C. ADVALON® TL 10 HM has a viscosity of 130 mPa.s at this temperature. Heated troughs or holding tanks are required. At application levels of 3% to 7% On-Weight-Of-Goods, it provides excellent sewing performance in heavy duty and high speed applications.
