SILRES® BS 710 is a permanent anti-graffiti coating designed to protect concrete, masonry, wood, and pre-existing coatings. It is based on polyorganosiloxanes and provides excellent performance against exterior elements such as rain, sun, and temperature extremes. SILRES® BS 710 is a single-component product that cures at room temperature with ambient moisture. The cured coating offers excellent release properties and ease of removal for most permanent markers and aerosol paints.

HDK® H15 is a synthetic, hydrophobic, amorphous silica produced via flame hydrolysis. It is a white colloidal powder of high purity. HDK® H15 is commonly utilized as a thickening and thixotropic agent in coatings, printing inks, adhesives, cosmetics, and other applications. Additionally, it serves as a reinforcing filler in elastomers, particularly silicone elastomers. Moreover, HDK® H15 functions as a free flow additive in the production of technical powders.

HDK® H13L is a synthetic, hydrophobic, amorphous silica produced via flame hydrolysis. It is a white colloidal powder of high purity. HDK® H13L is primarily used as a thickening, thixotropic, and anti-sedimentation agent in various applications such as coatings, printing inks, adhesives, and others. It finds its main application in polar systems. The strong hydrophobicity of HDK® H13L makes it particularly suitable for solvent-free systems, high solids formulations, and waterborne coatings.

VINNAPAS® eco EAF 67 is an aqueous polymer dispersion, free of plasticizers, produced from vinyl acetate, ethylene, and acrylate monomers. This dispersion serves as a pressure-sensitive adhesive, exhibiting excellent cohesion and adhesion properties that remain effective even at elevated temperatures. The production of VINNAPAS® eco EAF 67 utilizes APEO-free surface active agents.

GENIOSIL® XB 502 is a silane-terminated binder based on alpha-silane technology, specifically designed for formulating high-strength adhesives. It finds applications in various areas, including building and construction adhesives, do-it-yourself projects, and industrial adhesives. One of its specific uses is for wood-to-wood bonding.

GENIOSIL® ZK 23 is a binder that utilizes a siloxane reinforced alpha-silane technology. It is specifically designed for coating and adhesive applications. Notably, its exceptional resistance to water provides opportunities for formulating plasticizer-free two-pack adhesives. GENIOSIL® ZK 23 is a transparent and low viscosity polymer. Once cured as a coating or adhesive, it exhibits high hardness values in the Shore D range.

VINNAPAS® DPN 15 is a fast-setting aqueous polymer dispersion with good resistance to static load produced from vinyl acetate monomer. VINNAPAS® DPN 15 can be used as a raw material for water-resistant wood glues. VINNAPAS® DPN 15 meets the requirements of strain group D3 of EN 204 without the addition of a catalyst.

VINNAPAS® eco DP 500 is an aqueous polymer dispersion based on the monomer vinyl acetate. It is produced without the use of plasticizers. This eco-friendly product contributes to the conservation of fossil resources by allowing for the substitution of a portion of the fossil-based raw materials with certified sustainable renewable feedstock. The substitution process follows the REDcert² mass balance approach, which is audited by an independent third party. The specific amount of fossil raw material replaced varies depending on the selected product version and is specified in the corresponding certificate. VINNAPAS® eco DP 500 exhibits a low sedimentation tendency and shows excellent response to plasticizers.

GENIOSIL® ZK 26 is a binder that utilizes a siloxane reinforced alpha-silane technology. It is specifically designed for coating and adhesive applications. Notably, its exceptional resistance to water provides opportunities for formulating plasticizer-free two-pack adhesives. GENIOSIL® ZK 26 is a silicone resin reinforced alpha silane-terminated polymer, suitable as a binder in moisture curing formulations.

VINNAPAS® DPN 47 is an aqueous polymer dispersion produced from vinyl acetate monomer. VINNAPAS® DPN 47 can be used as a raw material for wood glues with high water resistance. Meets the requirements of strain group D4 of EN 204 by adding an aluminum chloride hardener (5 parts of a 50% aqueous solution of aluminum chloride hexahydrate on 100 parts dispersion).

GENIOSIL® XT 50 is a silicone-modified polyether-based silane-terminated polymer suitable as a binder in moisture-curing formulations. It differs from conventional silylated polymers due to its high reactivity. This results from the structural proximity of the nitrogen atom to the silicon atom in the dimethoxy(methyl)silyl-methylcarbamate group (alpha-effect). It hydrolyzes in the presence of moisture to form a stable siloxane network initiated by mild catalysis, rather than heavy metal ions.

VINNAPAS® DPX 271 is an aqueous polymer dispersion produced from vinyl acetate monomer. VINNAPAS® DPX 271 is especially suited as a raw material for water-resistant wood glues. Meets the requirements of strain group D3 of EN 204 without the addition of a catalyst. There is no discoloration of the glue line when hot pressing.

GENIOSIL® XT 55 is a silane-terminated polymer suitable for use in moisture-curing formulations. It readily dissolves in standard organic solvents while being virtually insoluble in aqueous media. When used, it reacts slowly, releasing methanol and forming a resinous deposit. GENIOSIL® XT 55 finds applications in various fields such as assembly adhesives (including hybrids), building and construction adhesives, and industrial adhesives.
