SILRES® BS 3003 is a water-thinnable, solventless emulsion based on a mixture of silane and siloxane. Diluted solutions of SILRES® BS 3003 serve as high-quality general-purpose water repellents for impregnating and priming mineral surfaces. It can also be used for the mass treatment of non-load-bearing concrete products and as a post-hydrophobation agent for fiber cement products like fiber cement boards.

GENIOSIL® GF 56 is an alkoxyvinylsilane. It is a clear, colorless liquid with a distinctive aromatic odor. In the presence of moisture, it undergoes hydrolysis (releasing ethanol) to form silanols, which can further react with each other to generate siloxanes. Acting as a bifunctional molecule, GENIOSIL® GF 56 serves as a molecular bridge between organic and inorganic substrates.

ELASTOSIL® N294 is a free-flowing, ready-to-use silicone rubber that vulcanizes either at room temperature or at high temperatures under the influence of atmospheric moisture. ELASTOSIL® N294 is available in blue and red colors. It is particularly suited for screen printing.

ELASTOSIL® R 401/55 S is a high-consistency silicone rubber (HCR). Vulcanizates cured with peroxide made from this compound exhibit a unique combination of characteristics. It is noted for its good flexibility, high transparency, and mechanical properties. The compound is easily pigmented with ELASTOSIL® Color Paste PT and has good processing characteristics.

GENIOSIL® XT 55 is a silane-terminated polymer suitable for use in moisture-curing formulations. It readily dissolves in standard organic solvents while being virtually insoluble in aqueous media. When used, it reacts slowly, releasing methanol and forming a resinous deposit. GENIOSIL® XT 55 finds applications in various fields such as assembly adhesives (including hybrids), building and construction adhesives, and industrial adhesives.

WACKER® Polymer AL 60 is a polydimethylsiloxane with functional groups and alcoxysilanes. It is a colorless to yellowish, clear liquid and is not miscible with water. WACKER® Polymer AL 60 is used as a raw material for the production of alkoxy-cured RTV-1 silicone rubbers. Applications include sealants, silicone sealants, and special raw materials for silicone sealant compounding.

WACKER® Crosslinker ME 63 is a blend of alkoxysilane and aminofunctional siloxane, presenting as a colorless to yellow liquid that can be clear or slightly turbid. It demonstrates partial miscibility with water, and upon contact with water or moisture, it undergoes decomposition, resulting in the formation of methanol and a silicone resin. WACKER® Crosslinker ME 63 finds application as a crucial component in the manufacturing of alkoxy-cured RTV-1 silicone rubbers.

VINNAPAS® 4020 N is a dispersible copolymer powder composed of vinyl acetate and ethylene that can be easily dissolved in water. It offers a semi-flexible polymer with no impact on rheology and possesses outstanding general-purpose properties. When VINNAPAS® 4020 N is incorporated into compounds, it enhances adhesion, flexural strength, deformability, and abrasion resistance while maintaining excellent handling characteristics. Moreover, it does not significantly affect leveling, thixotropy, or water retention. VINNAPAS® DPN 47 is an aqueous polymer dispersion produced from vinyl acetate monomer. VINNAPAS® DPN 47 can be used as a raw material for wood glues with high water resistance. Meets the requirements of strain group D4 of EN 204 by adding an aluminum chloride hardener (5 parts of a 50% aqueous solution of aluminum chloride hexahydrate on 100 parts dispersion).

SILPURAN® 2122 A/B is a two-component, addition-curing silicone composition that cures to a soft silicone adhesive with high adhesive strength. It belongs to the silicone gel category. SILPURAN® 2122 A/B can be used as a skin adhesive in medical applications. It has good adhesive properties that can be adjusted to suit specific requirements.
