GENIOSIL® GF 80 is an epoxy functional alkoxysilane. When used as a coupling agent in mineral-filled plastics, it enhances filler dispersibility, reduces sedimentation tendency, and significantly lowers the resin's viscosity. Moreover, it allows for higher filler loading and provides notable improvements in water (vapor) resistance, as well as resistance to acids and bases. WACKER® Silicate S100 is a ready-to-use ethyl silicate binder with a flash point above 21°C. DEHESIVE® 944 is a solvent-based, addition-crosslinkable silicone recommended for use as a release coating. It offers excellent release stability, medium release at low peel speeds, excellent bath life, and excellent anchorage to a wide variety of substrates. It can be used for coating polyester films (PET), papers, and PE-laminated papers.

WACKER® Silicate TES 40 WN is an ethyl silicate polymer. It is a low-viscosity liquid that provides approximately 41% of silicon dioxide (silica) upon complete hydrolysis. WACKER® Silicate TES 40 WN is used for the precipitation of polymeric SiO2 structures (silica) upon complete hydrolysis, with ethanol being produced as a by-product.

As a thermoplastic and physically drying binder, VINNOL® H 15/50 creates a film as the solvent in the formulation evaporates.

SILRES® IC 678 is a solventless, reactive, methoxyfunctional phenyl polysiloxane with a narrow molecular weight distribution. This solvent-free liquid resin is specifically designed to enhance the weathering and heat resistance of organic resins. It is highly suitable for incorporating a compatible silicone component into other binder systems, thereby increasing their weathering or heat resistance properties. By adding SILRES® IC 678 to binder formulations, the overall performance and durability of the resulting materials can be significantly improved.

SILRES® MSE 100 is the methyl ester of a mixture of different oligomeric methylsilicates. It is a methoxyfunctional methyl polysiloxane. SILRES® MSE 100 is specifically recommended as an ambient-temperature moisture-curing binder for heat-resistant paints. When combined with suitable catalysts, temperature-stable pigments, and fillers, SILRES® MSE 100 becomes the optimal binder for ambient-curing, heat-resistant paints.

VINNAPAS® B 100/20 VLE is an approximately 50% solution of a vinyl acetate/vinyl laurate copolymer in ethyl acetate. VINNAPAS® B 100/20 VLE can be diluted with esters, ketones, aromatic solvents, and chlorinated hydrocarbons. The solution's compatibility with alcohol is limited. VINNAPAS® B 100/20 VLE is not compatible with aliphatic compounds.

SILRES® HK 46 is a high-molecular-weight methyl silicone resin supplied as a 50 wt.% solution in xylene-butanol 4:1. It is commonly used as a binder for high heat-resistant coatings and heat-stable nonstick coatings. SILRES® HK 46 is suitable for various heat-resistant paints and is an excellent choice for (anti-corrosion) coatings on fireplaces, mufflers, exhaust systems, engine parts, boilers, furnaces, ovens and oven inserts, chimneys, barbeques, electric and gas heaters, and incinerators.

VINNOL® H 14/36 is a copolymer consisting of approximately 86 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC) and 14 wt.% vinyl acetate (VAc). Its primary application is as a binder in surface coating compounds and printing inks. This thermoplastic binder undergoes a physical drying process, forming a film as the solvent contained in the formulation evaporates.

WACKER® Silane M1-Triethoxy is a clear, colorless liquid with an odor characteristic of alcohols. The use of WACKER® Silane M1-Triethoxy to render fillers water repellent considerably improves their dispersibility and reduces their sedimentation tendency. Mineral-filled plastics can thus be processed more easily. Additionally, resistance to moisture and chemicals is much higher.

SILRES® MP 50 E is an emulsion of methyl phenyl group-containing silicone resin. When combined with suitable temperature-stable pigments and fillers, SILRES® MP 50 E becomes the ideal binder for heat-resistant water-borne paints. It is commonly used in applications such as heat-resistant coatings and industrial coatings.

WACKER® Silicate TES 28 is a monomeric ethyl silicate, also known as tetraethoxysilane or tetraethyl orthosilicate. It is a colorless, low-viscosity liquid with an SiO2 content of approximately 28 wt.%. This product is commonly used in the formulation of anti-corrosive coatings, marine and protective coatings, as well as industrial coatings.
