BELSIL® ADM 1650 is a non-reactive aminofunctional polydimethylsiloxane with an average viscosity of 1000 mm²/s. This versatile product finds its primary application in the field of hair care, specifically in conditioners, hair styling products, and shampoos. Recommended use levels of BELSIL® ADM 1650 in conditioning, shampoo, and styling formulations are 0.25% to 3%.

BELSIL® REG 1103 B is a hydrophilic resin elastomer gel that consists of a silicone copolymer network blended with a non-volatile, low-viscosity dimethicone and a silicone polyglucoside. The inclusion of silicone polyglucoside, a nonionic surfactant with an HLB (hydrophilic-lipophilic balance) value of approximately 6-7, enables the gel to absorb water and function as a secondary emulsifier. This transparent gel offers a pleasant sensory experience, both during and after application. BELSIL® REG 1103 B serves as an effective thickener in formulations while providing a smooth application. BELSIL® P 1101 is a silicone-organic hybrid material that is available as a 50% solution in denatured ethanol. It serves as a hair styling and conditioning polymer, effectively blending the strong holding capabilities of a hair styling resin with the desirable properties of silicone, such as softness and silkiness. BELSIL® P 1101 is suitable for use in various formulations, including aerosols, pump sprays, and balm/gel-type products.

BELSIL® REG 1102 is a resin elastomer gel composed of a silicone copolymer network combined with a non-volatile, low-viscosity dimethicone. This gel is transparent and imparts a delightful sensory experience both during and after application. BELSIL® REG 1102 serves as an effective thickener in formulations while ensuring a smooth application. Moreover, it demonstrates shear-thinning behavior, which enables the easy spreading of cosmetic products during application and facilitates the incorporation of pigments into formulations.

BELSIL® DM 5700 E is a high-viscosity dimethicone fluid emulsion with a small droplet size, formulated with a sugar-based emulsifier system derived from renewable materials. It serves as an efficient conditioning agent for hair care products. When used in conjunction with appropriate surfactant systems, it facilitates the creation of a rich, luxurious foam that feels dense and appealing to the touch. This active ingredient imparts a smooth, silky texture to both natural and damaged hair, significantly reducing the forces of dry and wet combing as well as friction.

BELSIL® TMS 803 is a co-hydrolysis product derived from tetraalkoxysilane (Q unit) and trimethylethoxysilane (M unit). Its chemical structure forms a three-dimensional network of polysilic acid units, which are endblocked with trimethylsilyl groups. There are residual ethoxy and hydroxy functionalities present. This product is a white powder manufactured to be substantially free of aromatic solvents like toluene. With its low content of fine dust particles and uniform particle size, BELSIL® TMS 803 demonstrates excellent rheological properties, particularly in terms of flowability. It can be blended with polydimethylsiloxanes for compounding purposes.

BELSIL® ADM 6300 E is a nonionic macroemulsion of an aminofunctional polydimethylsiloxane. It acts as a film-forming conditioning agent in hair care applications. When applied and dried, it creates a protective and elastic coating around the hair, providing a soft and silky touch. It is particularly effective in reducing combing forces, both in dry and wet conditions, especially for thick hair.

BELSIL® WO 5000 is supplied as an approximately 30% active solution in dimethicone. The silicone polyglucoside contained in this solution is a nonionic surfactant with an HLB of approximately 6-7. This silicone polymer is synthesized using a renewable, natural, sugar-based component and is therefore, in part, rapidly biodegradable.

BELSIL® ADM 8301 E is a film-forming, nonionic microemulsion of an aminofunctional polydimethylsiloxane. It is a highly efficient conditioning agent specifically designed for hair care applications. When applied and dried, it forms a protective and elastic sheath around each hair fiber. This helps restore the natural hydrophobic surface of the hair, reducing color fade in colored hair and providing protection during heat treatments.

BELSIL® R 220 is a solid phenyl silicone resin primarily designed as a film former for color cosmetic applications, with a specific focus on nail polish. It combines the desirable film-forming properties of silicone resins with a remarkable high gloss and shine. Thanks to the presence of phenyl groups, BELSIL® R 220 achieves a significantly higher level of gloss compared to standard silicone resins. Moreover, when compared to other phenylated silicone resins, BELSIL® R 220 exhibits improved solubility, particularly in solvents commonly utilized in nail polish formulations like ethyl acetate and butyl acetate.

BELSIL® DM 3096 is a blend of low-viscosity dimethicones and a high-molecular-weight dimethiconol. Due to its composition, it combines the properties of low-viscosity fluids and extremely high-viscosity dimethiconol. The excellent spreading of the low-viscosity dimethicones allows for a good distribution of the high-viscosity conditioning agent, dimethiconol.

BELSIL® DM 6101 E is a non-ionic emulsion containing high-molecular-weight dimethicone fluid with larger droplet sizes. It serves as an excellent conditioning agent, demonstrating effective deposition along the hair fiber. By reducing combing force and facilitating detangling, both when hair is wet and dry, this product significantly minimizes mechanical damage.

Its chemical structure forms a three-dimensional network of polysilic acid units, which are capped with trimethylsilyl groups. Some residual ethoxy and hydroxy functionalities are also present. This product is based on renewable raw materials and adheres to the "TÜV NORD Standard REDcert²." It is a white powder that is manufactured to be largely free of aromatic solvents like toluene. It possesses excellent rheological properties thanks to its low content of fine dust particles and uniform particle size distribution, ensuring good flowability. Additionally, BELSIL® eco TMS 803 can be blended with polydimethylsiloxanes.

BELSIL® DM 3112 VP is an anionic emulsion of a high-viscosity dimethiconol with a small particle size. The dimethiconol is formed in-situ within the emulsion system and adjusted to a viscosity of approximately 1000000 mPas. It serves as an effective conditioning agent for hair care products. The emulsion enhances dry and wet combability, making detangling easier. BELSIL® DM 3112 VP provides a soft and silky sensation to hair, both when wet and dry.

FERMOPURE® L-Cystine Pharma is a white or almost white, crystalline powder that dissolves in dilute solutions of alkali hydroxides. It is the amino acid dimer formed when a pair of L-Cysteine molecules are joined by a disulfide bond through oxidation. L-Cysteine is one of the 20 natural amino acids and, along with methionine, is the only one that contains sulfur. WACKER has developed a new production method for L-Cystine via fermentation using non-animal and non-human raw materials.

BELSIL® PF 22 is a phenyl-modified polydimethylsiloxane characterized by having a higher refractive index than dimethicone fluids (1.38-1.40). It offers significant improvements in regards to gloss and shine. It is typically used as a gloss agent in hair and color cosmetics.

BELSIL® CDM 3526 VP is a cream-colored, pasty silicone wax known for its excellent hydrolysis resistance and strong affinity to various substrates. It finds primary usage in skin protection, skin care, sunscreens, and decorative cosmetics. FERMOPURE® L-Cysteine Pharma FB is available as a white powder or colorless crystals. L-Cysteine is a sulfur-containing natural amino acid and is one of the 20 amino acids essential for human health. Along with methionine, L-Cysteine is the only amino acid that contains sulfur. WACKER has developed an innovative production method for this amino acid using fermentation, utilizing non-animal and non-human raw materials.

HTEssence® Hydroxytyrosol Powder Cosmetic is a nature-identical form of hydroxytyrosol.
