VIVAPUR® Pectin LA-S20 VIS-YA is a water solvable amidated pectin in form of a beige powder. It can be used to form a thermo-reversable gel or bio-based transparent coatings with oil and oxygen barrier properties upon the addition of higher valent ions (e.g. Ca2+). VIVAPUR® Pectin LA-S20 VIS-YA is an EU approved food additive which complies with the specifications according to Reg. (EU) No. 231/2012 and Food Chemical Codex. Ultiloc 5003 has proven to be one of the more popular and interesting products in the Ultiloc series. It exhibits enhanced adhesion characteristics to many substrates including corona treated BOPP and BOPET, and is often used in flexible packaging film, contributing to a reduction in layers and decreased gage weight. Ultiloc 5003 also has well established superior gas barrier performance allowing it to be considered an acceptable replacement for alternative barrier technologies.

VIVAPUR® Alginate FD 170 is a sodium alginate in form of a creamy-white powder. With the addition of higher valent ions (e.g. Ca2+) it can be used to form gels or biobased and transparent films, which provide oil and oxygen barrier properties. VIVAPUR® Alginate FD 170 is an EU approved food additive which complies with the specifications according to Reg. (EU) No. 231/2012 and Food Chemical Codex.

VIVAPUR® Pectin HS RV is a water solvable pectin with a high degree of methoxylation in form of a beige powder. It can be used to form a thermo-stable gel under acidic conditions in the presence of high sugar concentrations. VIVAPUR® Pectin HS RV is an EU approved food additive which complies with the specifications according to Reg. (EU) No. 231/2012 and Food Chemical Codex. FluoroGrip® -E- ECTFE is an oxy-halopolymer of ethylene-chlorotrifluorethylene modified to incorporate hydroxyl groups with an acrylic or silicone pressure sensitive adhesive.

Hagedorn NC Type H 15 is a medium high viscosity NC for flexible coatings and used in flexo and gravure printing inks application field.

SYLVALITE RE 105XL rosin ester is very light colored and stable with moderately high softening point. This resin is compatible with a broad range of polymers, which enables formulation flexibility in various hot melt and solvent based adhesive applications. Adhesives formulated with SYLVALITE RE 105XL resin achieve the lightest color among the rosin ester product range.

AGITAN® DF 6027 is a defoamer for all common emulsion systems. It provides the following properties which is mineral oil free, encourages drainage and collapse of colloid stabilized foams retains high efficiency.

Kolon Industries HIKOREZ® T-3095 is a pale yellow thermoplastic resin obtained from the copolymerization of C5 aliphatic olefin, diolefin and C9 aromatic olefin generated in the thermal-cracking process of naphtha. This resin is used together with natural rubber for solvent-based pressure sensitive adhesive (SBPSA), and offers excellent compatibility with Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene copolymer (SBS) and is used as tackifier for hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive (HMPSA). The major usages are tackifier for solvent based pressure sensitive adhesive(SBPSA), hot melt based pressure sensitive adhesive(HMPSA) and hot melt adhesive(HMA). .

UNI-REZ 2727 hot melt polyamide adhesive is a resin based on dimer acid. UNI-REZ 2727 hot melt polyamide adhesive has excellent heat and chemical resistance.

Kolon Industries SUKOREZ® SU-490 is a white thermoplastic resin obtained from the copolymerization and hydrogenation of C5 aliphatic olefin and C9 aromatic olefin generated in the thermal-cracking process of naphtha. This product offers excellent heat stability and compatibility with various elastomers such as Ethylene-Vinyl-Acetate (EVA), Styrene-Isoprene-Styrene copolymer (SIS) and Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene copolymer (SBS), and used as tackifier for hot melt adhesive (HMA) and hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive (HMPSA). SUKOREZ® SU-490 is water white aromatic modified, cycloaliphatic hydrocarbon resin. The major usage is a tackifier for EVA, SIS, SBS block copolymers and metallocene polyolefins.

KURARAY POVAL™ 44-88 S2 by Kuraray is a fine powder polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) grade. It is used as an adhesive promoter. It is suitable for modification of emulsion and remoistenable adhesives in the paper processing industry. It is a water-soluble polymer manufactured by alcoholysis of polyvinyl acetate. Aqueous solution of KURARAY POVAL™ 44-88 S2 can be added to polymer emulsion which is already stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol to extend the open time, increase setting speed and influence the rheology. It is used in postage stamps and labels. Its shelf life is 12 months. Complies with EU Directive 67/548/EC regulation.

Kolon Industries HIKOREZ® A-1115 is pale yellow thermoplastic resin obtained from polymerizing unsaturated aliphatic olefins and diolefins derived from the process of thermal cracking of naphtha. The major usages are tackifier for for solvent based pressure sensitive adhesive(SBPSA), hot melt based pressure sensitive adhesive (HMPSA) and hot melt adhesive(HMA). .

UNI-REZ 2671 hot melt polyamide adhesive is a resin based on dimer acid. UNI-REZ 2671 hot melt polyamide adhesive has excellent green strength, chemical resistance and adhesion to PVC.

LUBA-print® 154/C is a Wax dispersion / Wachsdispersion. It is also used as aqueous paint-systems, to improve slip and mar resistance. aqueous flexo printing inks to improve the rub resistance. Hot melts, to improve antiblocking properties.

AGITAN 218 is a defoamer for all common emulsion systems.

UNI-REZ™ 2502 is a thermoplastic polyamide resin. Used in high-gloss paints. Offers a high degree of thixotropy. Possesses very good flow and leveling characteristics.

AGITAN 700 is a modification of AGITAN 701 with an improved emulsifiability.AGITAN 700 therefore is easiliy emulsifiable. It is particularly effective in water reducible systems and aqueous gloss emulsion systems.

SYLVARES TP 2040HM tackifier is a high softening point thermoplastic terpene phenolic resin designed for tackifying hot melt adhesives to provide superior adhesion and thermal-stability properties.

KURARAY POVAL™ 4-85 by Kuraray is polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) having varying degree of polymerization and hydrolysis. It is a water-soluble polymer manufactured by alcoholysis of polyvinyl acetate. It is notable for its good bonding strength and pigment binding capacity because PVAs have such good cohesion and good adhesion to fibers, fillers as well as pigments. It shows excellent film forming characteristics, high tensile strength and elasticity, as well as resistance against organic solvents and dispersing power. It is used in a similar manner as natural products such as casein as well as starch and its degraded derivatives (for example dextrin) as raw material to produce aqueous adhesive solution. For the modification of aqueous adhesives its aqueous solution can be added to polymer emulsions already stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol which affects the extension of the open time, increase of the setting speed and influence on the rheology. It is biodegradable and recyclable. KURARAY POVAL™ 4-85 is used in producing silicon-based paper that are further used as release paper for PSA labels. This grade is also used in remoistenable adhesives which are employed mainly in the paper processing industry and films applications.

AGITAN 361 is a highly effective defoamer for aqueous emulsion based systems and water reducible systems. Due to its high emulsifiability in water the defoamer is ideal for clear coats, non-pigmented and low viscous systems and emulsion manufacturing.

POLYTONE™ AP 111 is a heat reactive alkyl Phenolic resin formulated for use in Neoprene rubber adhesives. It imparts low initial viscosity and viscosity stability to adhesives of this type.

AGITAN P 823 is recommended for application in dry blends which are dissolved in water before application. The addition of AGITAN P 823 results in low foaming solutions, specifically aqueous pastes or masses with very low air content. In some mortar systems AGITAN P 823 shows a plastisizing effect, meaning the spreading value is increased. This is ideal for jointless flooring compounds.

SYLVATAC RE 85 rosin ester is a stabilized glycerol ester of Tall Oil Rosin. The thermal stability and polymer compatibility of this resin make it useful in a wide variety of adhesives. The low Tg of SYLVATAC RE 85 rosin ester enables adhesive performance at lower temperatures.

Shakespeare® terpolymer series are linear polyamide grades with unique solubility characteristics and physical properties. They are compatible with other nylons and are ideal nylon carrier resins for color and functional additives requiring excellent dispersion and high loading. The resins offer improved adhesion to glass and metal surfaces. Selected grades are soluble in alcohol and can be applied by solution coating techniques.

LESTAC TR100 is terprene resin, also known as polyterprene resin,a pale yellow granular thermoplastic resin obtained from mainly terprene feedstocks either from wood sources or from citrus fruits, by the use of turpentine and α pinene and β pinene, in the role of aluminum trichloride catalyst. The major usages are tackifier for pressure sensitive adhesive, because of its well balanced PSA properties such as tackness, adhesive strength and cohesive strength. This grade also can be use as the binder for rubber compound, tire, etc.

Shiraishi Kogyo Kaisha Hakuenka CC is our original Ultra-fine precipitated calcium carbonate coated with organic compounds. It was originally developed for reinforcing rubber materials in the early 20th century. Hakuenka CC has 50 nm uniformed ultra-fine particles as primary particle. These particles are surface treated with fatty acid in order to improve dispersion property at mixing stage with organic materials. Hakuenka CC is specially applied for construction application where Silicone & Polysulfide sealants are used. Hakuenka CC is commonly used as other application such as rubber, plastics and so forth.

MICROCARB NF11 is a product of high degree of whiteness produced from selected natural finest microcrystalline rhombohedra Calcium Carbonate.

POLYTONE™ AP 108 is a heat reactive alkyl phenolic resin formulated for use in the manufacture of contact adhesives / cements based on polychloroprene or other elastomers.

Kuraray Poval™ L-10 by Kuraray is a porous, specialty polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) grade. Exhibits excellent water solubility, strong film-forming properties and oil & grease resistance. Provides wetting properties on polar substances, good pigmentability, adhesiveness, low ash & VOC content and emulsifying property. KURARAY POVAL™ L 10 possible applications include adhesives, specialty papers, building materials and polymerization (emulsion/suspension). Meets SVHC.

SYLVALITE RE 110L rosin ester is a light-colored, high softening point, pentaerythritol ester of tall oil rosin, which has been formulated to provide excellent heat and aging stability. When compounded in Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) hot melt adhesives it provides excellent color stability when compared with other tackifiers of its type.

KURARAY POVAL™ 56-98 LA by Kuraray is a water soluble, polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) grade manufactured by alcoholysis of polyvinyl acetate. Exhibits high molecular weight, good cohesion, low ash (sodium acetate) content, good adhesion to fibers-, fillers- and pigments. KURARAY POVAL™ 56-98 LA is recommended for adhesive for flooring webs, PSA labels and also in remoistenable adhesives which are employed mainly in the paper processing industry, films applications.

UNI-REZ™ thixotropic polyamides provide performance well beyond the capabilities of other competing technologies for controlling the rheology of structured non-drip gloss paints and varnishes. Kraton thixotropic grades are non-reactive polyamide resin for use in thixotropic alkyds.

This product has excellent compatibility with Ethylene-Vinyl-Acetate (EVA) and Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene copolymer (SBS), and is used as tackifier resin. .

SYLVALITE RE 10L rosin ester is a low softening point ester of tall oil rosin with good stability and mild odor. This liquid tackifier has wide compatibility, allowing it to be used in many adhesive systems, particularly where better wetting or low temperature tack is required.
