Crystic® Polyester Resin 272 is an isophthalic polyester resin. It is recommended for use in high-performance applications using filament winding, pultrusion, and centrifugal or contact molding processes. The fully cured laminates have high mechanical strength and excellent strength retention in wet environments at temperatures up to 60ºC.

ISO112 is an isophthalic unsaturated polyester resin type 1140 according to DIN 16946-2. ISO112 is particular indicated in outdoor application.

Technobasalt® Roving is a bundle of continuous unidirectional complex basalt fibers. Roving has high natural strength, resistance to aggressive environments, long service life and excellent electrical insulation properties. In terms of its technical characteristics, basalt roving surpasses S-glass and E-glass in many respects, and is not much inferior to carbon. Basalt roving is extremely heat-resistant: the temperature range for long-term use is from –260°C to +680°C. It can withstand temperatures up to 1000 °C for a short time.

Nattex 10L is a semi-finished product in natural fiber in the form of continuous technical flax fibers. It comes as roving direct in natural fibers with pure flax of 10g/m.

Sicomin SR GreenPoxy 28 / SD 3304 is a laminating epoxy systems developed by Sicomin and adapted for the production of high performance composites. SR GreenPoxy 28 Epoxy resin is produced with 28% of carbon originating from biomass. The combination of SR GreenPoxy 28 with SD 3304 hardener yields a low viscosity epoxy resin system of medium reactivity, with outstanding wetting-out properties on glass, carbon and aramid fibers. Due to its excellent impregnation properties, it is a preferred resin for the production of highly resilient composite fiber structures using filament winding technique, hand lay-up or pultrusion.

This is a family of con�nuous filament reinforcing mats designed for pultrusion processes. They are treated with a suitable bonding resin and coupling agent and have good handling proper�es and good weight uniformity.

Muehlmeier E-CR glass mat - powder bonded consists of cut and non-oriented E-CR glass strands which have silane size. The binding of the strands amongst each other happens by a powder mat binder on polyester base which is easily soluble in styrene. Working happens in the well-known contact- and continuous processes. The mat is suitable for UP, EP and vinyl ester resins. Compared to E-glass E-CR glass has excellent resistance against chemical and thermal influences and also a higher dielectric strength.

Nattex 1L is a semi-finished product in natural fiber in the form of continuous technical flax fibers. It comes as roving direct in natural fibers with pure flax of 1g/m.

Jiangsu Changhai Composite Materials ROVING FOR PULTRUSION ER-4800-902 is compatible with polyester, vinyl ester, and epoxy resin systems. It is designed for use in the end products which require high mechanical properties. It can be used for FRP grid, FRP windows and doors, FRP tent supporting pole.

Muehlmeier Silanized roving fabric are flat glass fiber products made by weaving multiple roving strands together. They find their main use in large and high-strength fiber-glass products such as boats, railway carriages, storage tanks and architectural structures.

StarRov® E-glass direct roving PR 80 300 076 is drawn directly from the glass melting and wound to a roving bobbin without turn. It is characterized by a soft silane size that is especially recommended for weaving process or the production of cores, especially multiaxial fabrics. The direct roving 076 has a good impregnation with polyester, epoxy and vinyl ester resins, low wear and guarantees high mechanical strength of the final product.

Biresin® CR144 is a three component, anhydride cured, low viscosity epoxy resin system suitable for the production of high performance fi bre reinforced composites.

PRF Composite Materials RS-M135 is an ultra low viscosity laminating system formulated for use in the manufacture of composite components from glass, carbon and aramid fibers. The system is suitable for components requiring high static and fatigue strength properties using injectin molding (e.g. RTM), vacuum infusion and pultrusion processes. At 25°C the mixed viscosity is approximately 200 mPa s and may be lowered further to a value of 100 - 150 mPa s by warming the resin (see page 5), thus even complicated parts with long flow paths can be injected without difficulty. With a mold temperature of around 30°C, the temperature rise with hardener RS-MH137 remains very slight, allowing thicker parts to be built at elevated temperatures.
