Aegis® MBM resin is a terminated, non-delustered, bright, medium dye, medium viscosity nylon 6 resin for carpet fiber and synthetic turf extrusion applications.

Aegis® H85WC01 resin is a medium-high viscosity, heat stabilized, nylon 6 jacket compound for use in wire, cable, flexible lighting and plenum applications. It provides excellent performance across the range of THHN, THWN and TFFN constructions along with a well-balanced set of properties, including low fuming, high toughness, abrasion resistance, and excellent resistance to gasoline, oil and other hydrocarbons.

Aegis® H8202NL resin is a 2.6 RV, unfilled, low/medium viscosity, non-lubricated, nylon 6 homopolymer. It combines good strength, stiffness and toughness with excellent heat, chemical and abrasion resistance.

Aegis® PIR-H60ZI resin from AdvanSix contains 100% post-industrial recycled (PIR) raw materials1 while providing the same top performance and processability as Aegis® PIR-H60ZI, its standard, non-recycled counterpart. Aegis® PIR-H60ZI is an unterminated, medium viscosity, nylon 6 homopolymer well-suited for compounding, filament and carpet fiber applications.

Aegis® PIR-H55ZI resin from AdvanSix contains 100% post-industrial recycled (PIR) raw materials while providing the same top performance and processability as Aegis® H55ZI, its standard, non-recycled counterpart. Aegis® PIR-H55ZI is an unterminated, medium viscosity, nylon 6 homopolymer well-suited for monfilament and multifilament applications as well as carpet fiber.

Aegis® H100ZP is a medium viscosity, nylon 6 extrusion grade homopolymer for cast or blown film applications. The resin product complies with all food contact regulations. Aegis® H100ZP homopolymer combines strength, toughness and thermoforming properties with excellent heat, chemical and abrasion resistance.

Aegis® H8202NLB is an unfilled, low/medium viscosity, non-lubricated nylon 6 injection molding homopolymer exhibiting excellent melt fluidity for filling thin sections. It exhibits good strength, stiffness and toughness as well as excellent heat, chemical and abrasion resistance.

Aegis® H55ZIE resin is a 2.7 RV, unterminated, medium viscosity homopolymer for monofilament, multifilament and compounding applications.

Aegis® H55WCX resin is a medium-viscosity, heat stabilized, nylon 6 universal wire jacket compound that provides excellent performance across a range of THHN, THWN and TFFN constructions. It offers well-balanced features including flexibility, toughness, abrasion resistance, and superior resistance to gasoline, oil and other hydrocarbons.

Aegis® H55WC01 is a medium viscosity, heat stabilized, nylon 6 universal wire jacket compound providing excellent performance across the range of THHN, THWN and TFFN constructions. It also offers a well-balanced set of properties including flexibility, toughness, abrasion resistance and excellent resistance to gasoline, oil and other hydrocarbons. Aegis® H55WC01 nylon compound has been investigated in accordance with the test methods outlined in ANSI/UL 1581 and ANSI/UL 83 and is certified under UL QMTT2 for use in wire, cable and flexible lighting products.

Aegis® H55ZI is a versatile, unterminated, medium viscosity, nylon 6 homopolymer, used for carpet fiber, as a base resin for engineered plastic compounds, and in monfilament and multifilament applications.

Aegis® PIR-H55ZIE resin from AdvanSix contains 100% post-industrial recycled (PIR) raw materials while providing the same top performance and processability as Aegis® H55ZIE, its standard, non-recycled counterpart. MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 B 2030/500 GF30 is a polyamide 6-based polymer with a 30% glass fiber filler/additive system. It is glycol, hot oil, and chemically resistant, has good flow, easy release properties, and is highly heat stabilized. This polymer is suitable for automotive, building and construction, and machinery applications, and can be used in the manufacturing of engine and drive systems, injection molded parts, clothing/fasteners, and exterior parts. MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PA6 4230/100 GF10 MR20 is a heat-stabilized polyamide 6 blend with 10% glass fibers and 20% mineral. Pre-drying is recommended at 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 hours, depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.15%. It is suitable for injection molding with a melt temperature of 270-290°C and a mold temperature of 80-100°C. It is typically used in the automotive market for engine covers and housings, and should be stored in a dry and light-protected environment not exceeding 30°C to ensure optimal properties.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PA6 900/11 GF10 MR20 SV12-778MCF is a pre-dried polyamide 6 containing 10% glass fibers, 20% mineral, and has a silver, metallic effect. It has a low tendency to produce flow lines and low warpage, is highly heat-stabilized and is typically used for automotive and other applications such as housings and engine covers. It is processed by injection molding with a melt temperature of 270-290°C and a mold temperature of 80-100°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 A 3030/100 GB30 is a polyamide 6-based polymer with a 30% glass bead filler/additive system. It is processing stabilized, easy to release (demolding), nucleated, and heat stabilized. It is suitable for market segments such as building and construction, automotive, sport and leisure, and is suitable for applications such as gear wheels, roller bearings, sports equipment, electrical components, and injection molded parts. Typical applications include functional components and housings. The product should be stored dry, protected from light, and not above 30°C.
