Kolon Industries SUKOREZ® SU-525 is white thermoplastic resin obtained from the copolymerization and hydrogenation of C5 aliphatic olefin and diolefin generated in the thermal-depolymerization process of naphtha. This product offers excellent thermal stability and compatibility with various elastomers, including Ethylene-Vinyl-Acetate (EVA) and Styrene-Isoprene-Styrene copolymer (SIS) so this product is used as tackifier resin for hot melt adhesive (HMA) and hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive (HMPSA). SUKOREZ® SU-525 is water white cycloaliphatic hydrocarbon resin. The major usage is a tackifier for EVA, SIS, SEBS block copolymers, metallocene polyolefins and APAO.

AGITAN 170 is a highly effective defoamer for aqueous emulsion based and water reducible systems. Due to its emulsifiability in water the defoamer is ideal for medium to high viscosity systems. AGITAN 170 is suitable for pigmented as well as non-pigmented systems.

Rainbow Adhesives RH - 109 is a heat resistant, brush grade adhesive that gives excellent adhesion to natural, neoprene, nitrile, butyl rubbers, and hypalon. RH 109 can be used by itself or in conjunction with 5% (by weight) of C 506 hardener. High heat resistance, economical, wide range adhesion, strong durable bonds, high tack and green strength. Good moisture and oil resistance.

Rainbow Adhesives R - 196C is a high performance , fast tacking, solvent-neoprene based adhesive that exhibits high initial green strength and good to excellent heat resistance with superior cohesive strength upon dead load testing. Especially suited for rapid lamination and as a high performance adhesive, it is used for bonding leather, SBR, neoprene rubber stocks, metals, foils, foams, synthetic fabrics, synthetic rubbers, synthetic rubber foams, urethane foam, most plastics, and hard-to-adhere synthetic fabrics (such as Kevlar). Contact bonding of foam to rubber and to metal, contact bonding of automotive trunk and door gaskets, attaching decorative plastic laminates to wood used to bond molded neoprene and SBR rubber stocks to themselves.

UNI-REZ 2532 (formerly UNI-REZ E3525) thermoplastic polyamide resin is designed to impart a high degree of thixotropy to alkyd resins. Thixotropy can be achieved by reacting UNI-REZ 2532 with the alkyd resin at temperatures between 210-230°C. UNI-REZ 2532 can be easily processed and achieves its clear point on dilution before attainment of maximum thixotropy. UNI-REZ 2532 forms very strong and rigid thixotropic gels that are resistant to high levels of polar solvents.

Sil-cell® 32 has been found to be cost effective in the manufacturing of joint compounds, adhesives, auto body putty, cultured marble, wall patching compounds, stucco, ready mix gypsum plasters, resins, plastics and a variety of other composites. It can also be treated with unique proprietary surface coatings to modify the particle’s surface. In both organic and inorganic composites, these coupling agents improve adhesion.

UNI-REZ™ thixotropic polyamides provide performance well beyond the capabilities of other competing technologies for controlling the rheology of structured non-drip gloss paints and varnishes. Kraton thixotropic grades are non-reactive polyamide resin for use in thixotropic alkyds.

P-80® THIX Temporary Assembly Lubricant for Incidental Food Contact (IFC) is a biodegradable assembly aid that eases installation of tight-fitting rubber and plastic parts by reducing the force needed for insertion. Once assembly is complete, the lubricant dries, resulting in a secure assembly. P-80® THIX IFC is especially useful in overhead and vertical assembly operations because it remains where it is applied without dripping.

SUKOREZ® SU-625 is water white cycloaliphatic hydrocarbon resin. The major usage are a modifier in blends with polymers for filmic application and tackifier for EVA, SIS, SEBS block copolymers, metallocene polyolefins and APAO.

AGITAN P 823 is recommended for application in dry blends which are dissolved in water before application. The addition of AGITAN P 823 results in low foaming solutions, specifically aqueous pastes or masses with very low air content. In some mortar systems AGITAN P 823 shows a plastisizing effect, meaning the spreading value is increased. This is ideal for jointless flooring compounds.

This product offers excellent thermal stability and compatibility with various elastomers such as Ethylene-Vinyl-Acetate (EVA), Styrene-Isoprene-Styrene copolymer (SIS) and Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene copolymer (SBS) so this product is used as tackifier resin for hot melt adhesive (HMA) and hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive (HMPSA). SUKOREZ® SU-400 is water white aromatic modified, cycloaliphatic hydrocarbon resin. The major usage is a tackifier for EVA, SIS, SBS block copolymers and metallocene polyolefins.

LUBA-print® 154/C is a Wax dispersion / Wachsdispersion. It is also used as aqueous paint-systems, to improve slip and mar resistance. aqueous flexo printing inks to improve the rub resistance. Hot melts, to improve antiblocking properties.

ADERIS® 8171 is Advanced structural methacrylate adhesive used for thick joints and vertical applications. It is flexible structural bonding of composites and plastics having low shrinkage, high gaps, excellent UV resistance and very slow grip.

Kolon Industries HIKOREZ® A-1115 is pale yellow thermoplastic resin obtained from polymerizing unsaturated aliphatic olefins and diolefins derived from the process of thermal cracking of naphtha. The major usages are tackifier for for solvent based pressure sensitive adhesive(SBPSA), hot melt based pressure sensitive adhesive (HMPSA) and hot melt adhesive(HMA). .

TAFIGEL PUR 82 is designed as an “associative thickener” which builds up and stabilizes viscosity by forming a network between polyurethane, binder molecules and other paint ingredients. TAFIGEL PUR 82 can be used alone or in combination with other TAFIGEL thickeners, as well as with further thickener technologies. Aqueous gloss paints, thickened with TAFIGEL PUR 82 show minimal pseudoplasticity, similar to the rheology of solvent borne systems. TAFIGEL PUR 82 is recommended for use in following systems: Interior and exterior paints, latex paints, anticorrosive paints, adhesives, and printing inks. TAFIGEL PUR 82 is suitable for indirect food contact applications.

POLYTONE™ AP 131 is a non heat reactive thermoplastic phenol-alkyl phenol resin designed for use in synthetic and natural rubber based compounds in Applicationss that require high hardness compounds that process easily.

Ultraseal Rexeal 100 Recycling Sealant Rexeal 100 is the market leading recycling sealant, offering unrivaled sealing performance and significant commercial and environmental benefits compared to conventional non-recycling sealants. It is formulated to allow material washed from the surface of the casting to be separated, recovered and reused for processing. The product provides a number of performance, cost saving and environmental benefits compared to non-recycling sealants. Rexeal 100 is designed for sealing porosity in metal castings and powder metal parts and provides best-in-class chemical resistance against lubricants, fuels, hydraulic fluid, antifreezes, refrigerants (R134) and acids.

A universal workhorse defoamer effective in most adhesives including wood glue, envelope & label, construction, and natural/neoprene formulations. DEE FO 97-3 is also efficient in pigment dispersing and defoaming metallic inks. The defoamer provides excellent persistence in OPV, wood finishes, and a variety of industrial coating formulations as well.

UNI-REZ 147 polyamide resin is an alcohol soluble / co-solvent type resin offering low temperature gel resistance and good compatibility with modifying resins. UNI-REZ 147 polyamide resin offers better blocking and gloss properties than other modified co-solvent types. It has good solvent compatibility, alcohol reducibility and compatibility to nitrocellulose.

Detroit Body Filler 60750 is a white, thixotropic polyester compound for blister repair that is designed to spread smoothly for ease of application. It can be used where higher heat distortion temperatures are needed than standard putties can provide. 60750 can be catalyzed with MEKP or BPO cream hardener. It is an excellent fairing compound and final finish compound.

AGITAN 307 is recommended for aqueous emulsion systems, specifically for low odor and non-polluting formulations. It is compatible with all common binders.

Detroit Body Filler 72100 is a fiberglass reinforced, polyester adhesive with an extended gel time. This material has excellent flow, spread, and hang characteristics and is also blister resistant. 72100 should be used where a bonding putty is required. It can also be used to radius, fill or for fairing.

PTM&W Industries, Inc ES6209 is a translucent, straw colored, two component epoxy adhesive with a thick, liquid consistency. ES6209 is an excellent structural adhesive for use when good flow and surface wetting are required. Though pourable, ES6209 has a controlled flow viscosity to minimize run-out from the adhesive joint. The 1 to 1 combining ratio by weight or volume makes it easy to measure and mix. The working time of over an hour provides plenty of time to coat and assemble the materials to be bonded.
