SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1010 is an unreinforced amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) resin that offers a high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C and improved flow. Its features include excellent mechanical, electrical, and dimensional properties up to high temperatures. The material also offers very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant, offering UL94 V0 and 5V ratings as well as aerospace FAR 25.853 compliance. ULTEM™ Resin 1010 is RoHS compliant, and the natural, uncolored material is halogen-free according to standards IEC 61249-2-21, IPC 4101E, and JEDEC JS709B. Compliance for colored variants needs to be checked on a case-by-case basis. The base material is transparent amber-colored but is also available in custom colors, both transparent and opaque. SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRIN 61000EUiQ2 (also known as ELCRIN ER011566) is based on Polycarbonate / Polybutylene Terephthalate (PC/PBT) alloy, utilizing iQ PBT generation 2 technology with 23% post consumer recycled content. Added features of this material include: excellent low temperature impact strength, improve retention of mechanical properties under UV exposure, good surface esthetics, good chemical resistance. NORYL GTX910 resin exhibits excellent chemical resistance and is an excellent candidate for automotive applications such as plastic/metal hybrid components, rail extensions, crash cans, wheel covers, and energy absorbers. This injection moldable grade is optimized for primer-less electrostatic and powder coat painting, and it is UL 5VA rated with a non-brominated, non-chlorinated FR package. NORYL GTX678 resin exhibits an excellent balance of conductivity, high heat resistance, good ductility, and is heat stabilized. This material is an excellent candidate for non-automotive painted applications such as office furniture, PVC/metal replacement, lighting ballast housings / enclosures, and appliance exteriors. SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL GTX NX0031 resin is a non-reinforced alloy of Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) + Polyamide (PA). This conductive, injection moldable grade exhibits high heat resistance, excellent chemical resistance, and high impact resistance. NORYL NX0031 resin was designed for electrostatic painting and powder coating without the need for a conductive primer. This material can also be solvent painted and is an excellent for candidate for exterior, painted applications such as trim and fairings for outdoor vehicles, motorcycle, heavy truck, bus, personal watercraft, and marine. SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRES EXL7414 is based on Polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin. It is a medium flow, non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant opaque grade. It offers excellent low temperature ductility (-40C), extremely thin wall flame retardant capability with UL94 V0 at 0.6mm, and in combination with excellent processability and release with opportunities for shorter cycle times compared to standard Polycarbonate. It is available in wide range of opaque colors and is an excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications such as the battery cover of fast-charging mobile phones that need to be compliant with IEC62368-1.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRES EXL9034 is based on Polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin with excellent low temperature ductility, robust flame retardancy (V0/5VA), good processability and electrical tracking resistance. It is UV stabilized with F1 rating and is a good candidate for applications like photovoltaic connectors.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1010UCL is an amorphous, transparent polyetherimide (PEI) thermoplastic offering enhanced flow and a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C. 1010UCL offers the same performance as ULTEM 1010 resin and offers further enhanced cleanliness control for (optical) applications. The natural (uncolored) version of this grade is compliant with RoHS and also with Halogen Free standards as IEC 61249-2-21 and e.g. IPC 4101E. For colored versions, compliance needs to be checked case by case.

SABIC's Specialties Business CYCOLOY CX7720 Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (PC/ABS) blend is an injection moldable, high flow, high heat resistant, non chlorinated/brominated flame retardant grade. It has a UL94 V0@1.2mm, 5VA@2.5mm and 5VB@1.5mm flame rating. This grade has improved chemical resistance compared to standard PC/ABS blends and is a good candidate for thin wall applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRES EXL9334 is based on Polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin. It is a UV stabilized, medium flow opaque material suitable for injection molding (IM) and sheet extrusion applications. This grade offers UL94 V0 @ 1.5mm flame retardancy based on non-bromine, non-chlorine FR systems, extreme low temperature ductility (-40°C) characteristics and excellent processability with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. It is available in a wide range of opaque colors and may be an excellent candidate for a wide range of applications.
