SELF-CROSSLINKING : Self-crosslinking latex resins have the ability to achieve very low VOC without sacrificing properties. Formulators will see improved coating hardness, chemical resistance, and overall performance with these latexes for light industrial, architectural, OEM wood, and concrete applications.Can be 100% acrylic or styrene acrylic. STYRENE ACRYLIC : Good for primers, topcoats, and DTM applications.Versatile latexes that can be formulated for many applications; outstanding corrosion resistance; very high gloss potential; good block resistance; good adhesion to metal. VINYL ACRYLIC : Designed for high quality interior coatings and other high end applications where good washability and high gloss are desirable. Excellent scrub resistance and gloss development; high pigment binding capability; good block resistance.

724 JET-SET™ FLOOR is a profoundly crosslinked thermosetting polymer concrete system that forms a dense hard impermeable surface upon curing that is resistant to a very wide range of aggressive chemicals.

This classic multi-colored quartz floor is the perfect combination of rugged durability and beauty. The 1/8” thick system provides a seamless barrier of protection for your concrete that can handle more aggressive environments than typical decorative systems. Wet processing areas and tough physical abuse are not a problem for TerraQuartz, but this performance is not at the expense of esthetics. The blended quartz aggregate creates a beautiful tweed appearance.

Carbamac oil-modified urethanes are widely known to deliver tough and durable coatings in clear gloss through satin finishes.They are flexible as well as hard and are resistant to water and chemicals. Used in floor coatings, deck coatings, and wood stains.

Type 5EF is a cementitious fireproofing material in the standard density group as defined by industry practice. It is specifically designed for protection of electrified floor deck designs as listed by Underwriters Laboratories.

45 Primecoat is a single-component epoxy primer formulated to provide a base coat prior to coating concrete, steel and other substrates. Provides an excellent cross-link with added adhesion. Formulated to assist in the adhesion of coating applications, adhesives, and other epoxies; particularly improves the adhesion of urethane materials as well. Being in the epoxide family, as a penetrating and thin-mil surface sealant, it also performs as base protection for chemical resistance and extended water immersion.

SYNTRAN® is a modified-acrylic copolymer with improved flexibility, which is very suitable as a polymer for leather applications and glove coatings. Formulations based on SYNTRAN® for various applications are available upon request.

Penseal Pro is a spray-on liquid sealer that forms a barrier to seal hairline cracks and protect concrete against water penetration, PENESEAL PRO creates a sub-surface gel that seals the pores, capillaries and cracks. The product remains active as long as water is present, sealing any future hairline cracks.
