NORYL N1250 Resin is a durable, heat-resistant, and flame-retardant plastic blend of PPE and PS with excellent dimensional stability and electrical insulating properties, for potential use in evaluation in electrical and consumer electronic applications. NORYL N1250 Resin is a non-reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) and polystyrene (PS). This resin: -    Has high heat resistance, meaning it can withstand high temperatures without degrading -    Contains non-brominated and non-chlorinated flame retardants  -    Has a UL94 flame rating of 5VA at 2.5mm and V0 at 0.75mm -    Has low moisture absorption -    Is an injection-moldable grade NORYL N1250 Resin’s enhanced dimensional stability allows it to retain its shape and size under various conditions. NORYL N1250 Resin has good electrical insulating properties, making it well suited for evaluation in electronic components such as charger and adapter housings.

SABIC's Specialties Business XENOY™ FR Resin ENH2900 is an injection molding grade based on a polycarbonate/polybutylene terephthalate (PC/PBT) blend. This grade features non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardants, good flow, impact modification, and improved chemical resistance, including enhanced resistance to chemicals. This grade is suitable for various applications, including building and construction for outdoor, lawn, and landscape use, as well as for electrical devices and displays, electrical components, and infrastructure.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL™ PX5373 resin is a 20% glass fiber reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS). This injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of 5VA at 2mm and V1 at 1.5mm along with UL746C Outdoor Suitability rating of F1 and RTI of 110C. NORYL™ SE1GFN2 exhibits high heat resistance, good dielectric strength, dimensional stability, hydrolytic stability, and very low moisture absorption. This material is an excellent candidate for a variety of applications such as solar frames, unattended power supply (UPS) inverter/charger, indoor and outdoor electrical enclosures / housings / connectors, and wall plates / sockets / switches.

LNP LUBRICOMP DL004 compound is based on Polycarbonate (PC) resin containing 20% PTFE. Added features of this grade include: Wear Resistant.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP™ STAT-KON™ REL33 compound is based on Nylon 6/6 resin containing 15% carbon fiber, 15% PTFE. Added features of this grade include: Electrically Conductive, Wear Resistant.

SABIC's Specialties Business XENOY™ FR Resin ENH2901RC is a non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame-retardant resin based on a polycarbonate/polybutylene terephthalate (PC/PBT) blend, featuring good flow and excellent chemical resistance with PCR% up to 40%. It is specifically designed for use in electrical and electronic housing applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business ELCRES XD2131 is a polycarbonate (PC) copolymer resin with excellent low temperature (-40C) ductility in combination with excellent processability and shorter injection molding cycle time compared to standard PC. ELCRES XD2131 resin is a product available in wide range of opaque colors and an excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications such as consumer electronics (CE) and adjacent applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP™ THERMOTUF™ D1000UF compound is based on Polycarbonate (PC) resin. Added features of this grade include: UV stabilized, impact modified, good low temperature ductility in combination with high flow characteristics and excellent processability with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC resins. This is a general-purpose product available in a wide range of opaque colors and may be an excellent candidate for a broad range of applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1010R is an unreinforced amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) resin that may offer a high glass transition temperature (Tg of 217°C), improved flow and it contains internal mold release. Features are excellent mechanical, electrical and dimensional properties up to high temperatures. The material may offer very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant offering UL94 V0 and 5V ratings and aerospace FAR 25.853 compliance. The material is RoHS compliant. The material is available in opaque colors.This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. Each user is responsible for evaluating the presence of unintentional PFAS impurities.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1010UCL is an amorphous, transparent polyetherimide (PEI) thermoplastic offering enhanced flow and a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C. 1010UCL offers the same performance as ULTEM 1010 resin and offers further enhanced cleanliness control for (optical) applications. The natural (uncolored) version of this grade is compliant with RoHS and also with Halogen Free standards as IEC 61249-2-21 and e.g. IPC 4101E. For colored versions, compliance needs to be checked case by case.

SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN EXL9414P polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin is a medium flow, non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant opaque injection molding (IM) grade. This resin offers low temperature ductility, thin wall flame retardant capability, and in combination with excellent processability and release with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. LEXAN EXL9414P copolymer resin is a product available in wide range of opaque colors and may be an excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications, especially the housing of fast-charging mobile phones.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP™ STAT-KON™ DDF029 compound is based on Polycarbonate (PC) resin containing conductive carbon powder and 10% glass fiber. Added features of this grade include: Electrically Conductive, Flame Retardant.

SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN™ Copolymer CFR7431 is a non-filled, injection-moldable resin with a UL-94 V0 rating at 1.2 mm and a 5VA rating at 3.0 mm. It is also chlorinated, brominated, flame retardant, and UV stabilized (F1 rating) for additional weathering capability. Available in both clear transparent and tinted color options, this resin is an excellent choice for a wide range of applications.

Non-chlorinated, non-brominated Flame retardant PC-siloxane copolymer blend. Excellent processability, super high flow, good impact, UL rated V-0. Limited translucent colors.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP LUBRICOMP WFL28 compound is based on Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) resin containing 40% glass fiber, 10% PTFE. Added features of this grade include: Internally Lubricated, Wear Resistant.

NORYL™ NHP6012 is based on a unique co-polymer technology and exhibits high flow, high heat resistance, dimensional stability, hydrolytic stability, strong electrical performance, low moisture absorption and very low specific gravity. This material is an excellent candidate for appliance internals, indoor and outdoor electrical and electrical vehicle (EV) battery modules/housings.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 2310R is an improved flow 30% glass fiber reinforced polyetherimide resin with an added internal mold release. The material is RoHS compliant and is intrinsically flame retardant without the use of FR modifiers and offers UL94 V0 and 5VA ratings. The material may offer excellent dimension stability, strength, stiffness and creep resistance up to high temperature due to its high glass transition temperature of 217°C. This non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant PC has an UL-94 V0 rating at 1.0 mm / 5VA rating at 3.0mm and is UV stabilized(F1 rating) providing additional weathering capability. LEXAN LUX7636C is available in diffusion colors.

This injection moldable contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of V0 at 1.5mm along with a UL746C Outdoor Suitability rating of F1. exhibits good low temperature impact resistance, damp heat performance, low moisture absorption and good dimensional stability. SABIC's Specialties Business CYCOLOY CX7240U Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (PC/ABS) blend is an injection moldable, medium flow, non chlorinated/brominated UV stabilized flame retardant grade. It has a UL94 V0@.75mm, 5VA@3.0mm and 5VB@1.5mm flame rating. This grade has improved chemical resistance compared to standard PC/ABS blends and is a good candidate for thin wall applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business Lexan EXL5689 polycarbonate (PC) resin is a GF reinforced, UV stabilized, flame retardant injection molding copolymer blend. This medium flow resin features UL94 V0 @ 1.5mm flame retardancy based on non-chlorine, non-bromine FR agents with excellent processability and improved release performance. Lexan EXL5689 resin offers much improved impact strength and ductility over conventional GF reinforced PC resins. This product is an excellent candidate for a broad range of applications, including electrical and electronic enclosures among others.
