422C is a 1-part, acrylic-silicone blend conformal coating that cures to a durable, flexible and smooth finish. It is easy to apply and can be handled in only 10 minutes. It may be removed with appropriate strippers or soldered through for repair or rework. 422C is designed for applications where both high service temperature and flexibility are required. It puts minimum stress on components during thermal cycling, making it ideal for applications that involve a wide temperature range. It provides strong protection against moisture, corrosion, fungus, dirt, dust, thermal shock, short circuits, high-voltage arcing, and static discharge.

Silicone Modified Conformal Coating 422B is a 1-part, acrylic-silicone blend conformal coating that cures to a durable, flexible and smooth finish. SilCool TIA241GF – Liquid Silicone Thermal Pad TIA241GF is a two-component, flame retardant, thermally conductive silicone gap filler. It is a smooth, non-sagging paste that easily conforms to the complex shapes of any interface design. The cured product creates a thermal path that efficiently dissipates heat from electronic devices. It retains its softness after cure which maximizes stress relief during thermal cycling. This thermal gap filler can be used as a liquid alternative for prefabricated solid thermal pads. If lower viscosity is required, use TIA225GF
