APCM DA 4080 is 200°F cure modified epoxy prepreg system which can be prepreged on fiberglass fabric, woven Kevlar, or other woven fabrics. In addition to their low temperature cure capabilities, DA 4080 prepregs have excellent flow to allow for vacuum bag cure conditions. DA 4080 is a one sided pre-impregnated system yielding a single sided tack material. DA 4082 is the same system except that both sides of the fabric are coated yielding a double sided tack material. Both prepregs can be used for laminating and honeycomb sandwich construction.

Poolkemie POLIMOLD HR 25 is a two component room temperature vulcanising fluid rubber which cures after addition and mixing with the appropriate catalyst: it produces an elastic and tenacious mass, free from bubbles and imperfections; it has a good stability to hydrolysis, very good mechanical resistance, is easy to demould and has a percent shrinkage approx. = 0. Poly-urethane rubbers of POLIMOLD HR series, once cured, have a light superficial greasiness caused by proper release agents in order to favor demoulding operations.

Schlicht Handelsgesellschaft E204 Light Duty Silicone Mold Release is a specially developed release agent and non-stick lubricant for molded parts made of plastic, rubber, wax and similar materials. The spray forms a thin dry film, avoiding over-application and build-up on molds. Ideal when only small amounts of release agent are required. E204 makes part removal from molds quick and easy, allowing multiple parts to be released per application. Ebalta LH 28-1 / TM is a two components epoxy laminating resin, precuring at room temperature and, depending on postcuring, can be used till 175°C. Since this laminating resin system contains no fillers, it has got good wetting properties and makes a high glass fabric content possible. This leads to a low coefficient of thermal expansion and high strength. Together with aluminum granules, ebalta LH 28-1 is suitable for back filling of heat resistant molds and molding tools. At room temperature the curing takes 7 days and the material can only be used for applications till 60°C.
