Classic satin armor 2k aliphatic-polyurethane sealer is a clear, 2-part component, voc < 19/1 63% solids, waterborne, special blend sealer that is designed to be used over all of our stains, as well as polymer modified cementitious toppings, masonry, concrete and waterborne colorants. May be used for exterior & interior. Satin armor 2k provides uv stability and will not yellow.

PerFluoroLube® 17/2 Grease is manufactured exclusively with Fomblin Base Fluid. The PerFluoroLube® range of greases are based on perfluoropolyether (PFPE) fluids thickened with inorganic thickeners. They are well suited to long life and/or high temperature applications and are also suitable for aggressive chemical and food environments.The greases will not thicken or carbonize with time and enable “filled for life applications”.

TALON NICKEL ANTI-SEIZE is an anti-seize lubricant and thread sealant for use in a high temperature environment. TALON NICKEL ANTI- SEIZE is a nickel and graphite based compound composed of pure nickel powder and graphite flake dispersed in a petroleum carrier. TALON NICKEL ANTI-SEIZE will not contaminate catalyst beds, reaction chambers or special alloy fittings. It provides resistance to chemical corrosion and oxidation at temperatures up to 2600°F (1427°C).

Coating & Binding Technology EMG‐19 / 3K Epoxy Grout is a two component, 100% solids, solvent‐free system formulated to provide high‐strength and superior creep resistance combined with the highest effective bearing area. EMG‐19/3K is often used to replace steel soleplates or rails and is used as an epoxy foundation capping material that is resistant to high operating temperatures. Coating & Binding Technology's Epoxy Machine Grout is a low exothermic epoxy system for machinery grouting.

FluoroCoat MH, S and U-series thixotropic inks are screen printable coatings used in manufacturing hydrophobic and super-hydrophobic diagnostic microscopy slides, microarray plates and microfluidic devices. The MH-series inks are PTFE-based, heat-curable, super-hydrophobic and solvent resistant. The S-series inks are smooth and hydrophobic. U-series inks are screen-printable UV-light curable inks that are water, oil and chemicals repellent. FluoroCoat series inks are translucent or pigmented. After proper curing, masks have contact angles to water between 115 - 150° and have great chemical and solvent resistance. These inks are available in a wide variety of colors including black, white, red, blue, yellow and a wide variety of others. Custom color-matching and optimization for other properties is also offered when needed.

FastelTack ST4 was created as a high performance acrylic-based pressure sensitive adhesive with excellent long-term adhesion to a wide variety of substrates. FastelTack is an unsupported acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive supplied on a moisture stable polycoated release liner available in continuous rolls, slit rolls, die cuts formats, or prelaminated by Fastel Adhesives to a wide range of substrates including aluminum, copper, stainless steel, PET Films, polyimide films, and customer required substrates. FastelTack ST2 has excellent long-term adhesion over a wide temperature range, as well as superior long-term aging properties. When in contact with flexible PVC, ST is designed to provide excellent resistance to plasticizer migration. ST exhibits sunlight resistance and moisture, solvents, mild acid, mild alkali, oil and grease.

Chemester® Mortar is an epoxy novolac based vinyl ester resin mortar for chemical resistant brick and tile vessel construction.

PC-110 is a two component, high build Polyamide Epoxy Rust Inhibitive Primer designed for use as a primer for our Epoxy and Polyurethane Topcoats. PC-110 helps prevent edge failure and film under-cutting of steel surfaces exposed to corrosive atmos­phere and chemically aggressive environments. PC-110 can be used where an extended recoat period of up to 6 months is needed. Proper cleaning of the primer must be done after extended time without a top coat to remove any dust, dirt, grease or oil that may have contaminated the surface.

Formasil H2O - Valve Sealant is for high-pressure gate valve applications in hydrocarbon service. Formasil H2O - Valve Sealant is chemically resistant to aliphatic liquids and gasses, including gasoline and kerosene, fuel and lubricating oils, natural gas and brine water. Formasil H2O - Valve Sealant is effective at temperatures to 400°F and is fortified with anti-rust, anti-wear, and corrosion inhibitors.

Calico® D-2 is a nanocomposite structure. This is accomplished by embedding nanocrystalline AlCrN grains into an amorphous matrix. This advanced nanocomposite technology has allowed the formation of a higher nanohardness coating with greater thermal stability than any conventional coating. Typically used in extreme environments and metal-on-metal wear. Calico D-2 is normally applied to steels and hardened steels materials where high wear resistance is needed. It can be stripped and recoated.

Diamite Extreme is a 95 percent solids, high performance proprietary novolac epoxy compound intended for use as a chemical-resistant and containment coating to protect concrete, brick or block walls and floors. Diamite Extreme is resistant to most acids, caustics, solvents and other harsh chemicals. Diamite Extreme is applied to walls and floors of spill, splash and chemical leakage containment areas.

Premier Rubber Membrane® system is a modified asphalt emulsion system using exact formulated polymers providing unique elastomeric performance. This product is engineered to achieve a seamless monolithic membrane that will bond 100% to most construction materials.

Xolefin® 5 ZXVM is an irradiation cross-linked, closed-cell EVA foam. The ZXVM products exhibit a fine cell structure and excellent mechanical properties at low densities. Xolefin® ZXVM foams are soft, conforming. It can be laminated for greater thickness or to other substrates, as well as die cut, printed, or adhesive coated.

Proell 102 Citron HF is a screen printing ink for the decoration of glass, specifically for touch switch symbols and backlit displays. The ink system adheres well to a variety of metals and ceramics.

Eclectic E6100 Industrial Adhesive (Clear) is a unique NON-SAG, non-flammable industrial adhesive formulated to meet highperformance requirements. It permanently adheres to more surfaces than virtually any other adhesive, providing exceptional adhesion to wood, metal, glass, fiberglass, ceramics, masonry, concrete, asphalt, leather, rubber, PVC, neoprene, vinyl and many plastics. This NON-SAG formula will not drip or run and is highly recommended for use in applications requiring vertical hold. E6100 maintains its flexible bond in extreme cold temperatures, will not crack or become brittle and is excellent for bonding items subject to vibration. For applications exposed to direct sunlight, paint over E6100 after curing.

Tiolon NFX-20 is a non-flammable PTFE lubricant designed for areas requiring release properties and low friction. Tiolon NFX-20 is an excellent release agent and is a superior dry film lubricant for use in injection mold applications. Tiolon NFX-20 can be used to lubricate aluminum anodize by impregnating itself to the oxide layer. This can be a great advantage to extend the wear life, corrosion and chemical resistance, and in addition provide excellent release characteristics. It is a low VOC, Reach compliant & no greenhouse gasses.

PERMATEC 3000 CT is a 100% solids epoxy floor topping designed for cool temperature applications commonly found in food and beverage processing facilities. The PERMA TEC 3000 CT system consists of a two component resin binder and graded aggregate. It is applied with a trowel or screed rake at 1/8 -1/4 inches (125 - 250 mils) in a one coat application (Cold Temperature) including a silica broadcast. There is no need for a primer or sealer coat. An optional glaze coat may be used to improve the appearance and cleanability. The vertical formulation of PERMA TEC 3000 CT is trowel applied at 1/8 inches (125 mils).

ACCU-GROUT products are three-component, pre-proportioned, industrial grade epoxy grouting systems. ACCU-GROUT is a general construction epoxy. The recommended application temperature range for the grout products is between 60°F - 95°F (16°C - 35°C).

SAUEREISEN Fast-Trak NovolaK Glaze 229 is a coating system specifically designed to protect concrete, steel or masonry surfaces in the pulp & paper industry. FastTrak has the chemical resistance to withstand bleaches, liquors and other corrosive substances that attack unprotected trenches, sumps and chests in paper mills. Depending on the chemical and temperature environment, Fast-Trak is available in either vinyl ester or novolak epoxy formulations which are used with an appropriate Sauereisen Primer.

METAL-CLAD® ALKYD ENAMEL 4-HES-5446 is a all-purpose, durable utility enamel designed for new construction, industrial maintenance, OEM, and metal fabrication applications. Combines state-of-the-art corrosion protection with excellent gloss retention, superior durability, and onecoat coverage. May be applied direct to metal without a primer. It is used as airless or conventional spray.

High temperature resistance up to 200°C. SONLOK® 3620 retaining compound is a single component anaerobic adhesive, which develops high strength rapidly when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces.

A unique tackifier compound aids with vertical surface adhesion and resists lubricant loss during heavily loaded operations as well as shut-down cycles.

TCG-20 is a Thermally Conductive Grease with Aluminum Nitride to 550°F.

Novolak VEGlaze 472 is a coating used for the chemical-resistant construction of sumps, ducts, containment areas, trenches, walls, and other support columns or bases. VEGlaze may be used as a thin barrier of corrosion resistance or as a topcoat for other Sauereisen vinyl ester linings and polymer concretes. The VEGlaze system utilizes Sauereisen VEPrime No. 550 as a bond enhancing primer.

SONLOK® 3660 is a fast curing; paste like consistency, high strength anaerobic retaining compound for cylindrical fitting parts particularly where bond gaps can approach 0.50mm. This product offers very good gap cure properties. SONLOK® 3660 retaining compound is a single component anaerobic adhesive, which develops high strength rapidly when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces to prevent loosening and leakage from shock and vibration.
