XIAMETER(TM) PMX-200 Silicone Fluid 12,500 cSt is a high-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane polymer manufactured to yield essentially linear polymers in a wide range of viscosities. The viscosities generally used in formulating polishes are in the range of 100 to 30,000 cSt. It is preferable to use a blend of a low-viscosity fluid and a high-viscosity fluid (e.g. 3 parts XIAMETER(TM) PMX- 200 Silicone Fluid 100 cSt and 1 part XIAMETER(TM) PMX-200 Silicone Fluid 12,500 cSt) to obtain optimum results in terms of ease of application and depth of gloss. The low-viscosity silicone fluid acts as a lubricant to make polish application and rubout easier, whereas the high-viscosity silicone fluid produces a greater depth of gloss. Since these polymers are inherently water-repellent, they will cause water to bead up on a treated surface rather than penetrate the polish film.

This trimethylolpropane tricaprylate caprate polyol ester provides high and low-temperature performance characteristics and is biodegradable, serving construction and industrial product markets in metal treatment, metal working applications, plastic lubricants, and textile applications.

Furthermore, zelec 874 can be regarded as practically non-toxic when ingested (ld50 > 5g/kg) and shows minimal irritation potential to the skin and eyes. All the zinc stearate grades are manufactured using the same raw materials and base process but finished differently to provide a range of particle sizes and handling characteristics.

Blachford Calcium Stearate Coarse is a metallic stearate powder formed from a fusion reaction (calcium hydroxide + fatty acid), suitable for use in animal feed applications and are SFSF and FSMA compliant (pending 2021). The Coarse grade is manufactured using tallow-derived stearic acid and is finished differently in order to produce a more granular, lower-dusting product.

The 325 grade is manufactured using tallow-derived stearic acid and is ground to a finer particle size than L-155.

The Carnauba palm flourishes in northeastern regions within Brazil, and proliferates naturally along riverbanks, streams and damp low-lands.The tree exudes wax through the petioles of its fan-shaped leaves, which prevents dehydration in the equatorial climate. The palm leaves, harvested in the dry months occurring from August through December, are sun-dried and mechanically thrashed to separate the wax from the leaf. The color and quality of the wax are governed by the age of the leaves and care used in processing.
