MC511SN, StatNot™, is a static dissipative epoxy, woven glass based material with excellent control of the static dissipative properties. This material is used where static dissipation is required from surfaces to surface of the composite, in the x, y and z directions.

MC511A is a high strength, glass epoxy laminate that is specially formulated to meet power generation producer’s exacting standards where higher strength at elevated temperatures are required. MC511A is certifiable to MIL-I-24768/3, Type GEB, IEC-60893-3-2 EP GC 203 and is halogen free to meet the European restrictions.

MC511AF is a high strength, medium weave glass epoxy laminate that retains a minimum of 50 percent of its room temperature flexural strength when tested at 150ºC. Typical applications include insulation in power generation equipment and other structural applications when used in elevated temperatures. MC511AF is certifiable to MIL-I-24768/3, Type GEB.

APCM DA 4090 is modified epoxy pre-impregnated system which can cure at 250°F (121°C) for one hour. DA 4090 | DA 4092 can be supplied on any commercially available glass, Kevlar, or graphite fabric. DA 4090 is a one sided pre-impregnated fabric yielding a single sided tack material. DA 4092 is the same system where both sides of the fabric are pre-impregnated yielding a double sided tack material. Both prepreg systems can be used for laminating and honeycomb sandwich construction.

Biresin® CR131 is an epoxy resin system suitable for the production of high performance fiber reinforced composites parts and molds with thermal properties up to 130°C.

PRF Composite Materials RP542-1 is a controlled flow, tough epoxy prepreg system formulated for the manufacture of high performance structural composite parts requiring very good impact strength properties. The system has been formulated for a medium temperature cure of 80 - 120°C under vacuum or autoclave pressure and is also suitable for press molding. Fully cured, this system has a dry service temperature capability up to 120°C. The component surface finish with this system is excellent. The tack level of this system can be adjusted to meet the constructor’s individual requirements and will be retained for up to 40 days at 22°C making this system suitable for the manufacture of large composite components. RP-542-1 can be supplied on most of the vast range of PRF reinforcement materials in widths up to 1350 mm wide.

APCM DA 4080 is 200°F cure modified epoxy prepreg system which can be prepreged on fiberglass fabric, woven Kevlar, or other woven fabrics. In addition to their low temperature cure capabilities, DA 4080 prepregs have excellent flow to allow for vacuum bag cure conditions. DA 4080 is a one sided pre-impregnated system yielding a single sided tack material. DA 4082 is the same system except that both sides of the fabric are coated yielding a double sided tack material. Both prepregs can be used for laminating and honeycomb sandwich construction.

AX-4110 is a Toughened, Flame Retardant Epoxy Aramid Prepreg.

PRF Composite Materials RP549 is a highly toughened modified epoxy prepreg that has been specially formulated for the production of components requiring high mechanical properties and good impact resistance, particularly those exposed to elevated temperatures. This new system has an >200°C Tg following the 180°C cure cycle, and provides excellent mechanical properties in tensile, ILS and flexural strength. RP549 is now in manufacture on a range of our high quality woven fabrics.

APCM DA 4518 E-Glass is a modified epoxy system coated on heavy weight unidirectional E-Glass fibers. This product is designed to build excellent unidirectional strength using a minimum number of plies. DA 4518/E-Glass Uni also features extended room temperature out time and service temperatures to 300°F.

Magna-Tac™ A31 adhesive is a two-part, room temperature curing, epoxy resin formulation for general purpose applications. It is thixotropic with a creamy or buttery consistency that is easy to work and apply. Higher temperatures do not affect the thixotropy, tending, on the contrary, to inhibit flow further. Color is neutral.

AX-4270 is Structural Epoxy Aramid Prepreg.

FR408 low dielectric constant (Dk) and low dissipation factor (Df) make it an ideal candidate for broadband circuit designs requiring faster signal speeds or improved signal integrity. FR408 is compatible with most FR-4 processes. This feature allows the use of FR408 without adding complexity to current fabrication techniques.

SYMPOXY 1225FR-CA561 is a filled, two component epoxy system that is pigmented black.

APCM DA 4517 is an epoxy prepreg designed for a temperature range of -67°F (-55°C) to 350°F (177°C), with a cure of 180°F (82°C) for three hour. Shorter cures times are available at higher temperatures. The system is designed to be post cured if the higher temperature service range is required.

These microcapsules are designed for coating applications where coating self-healing is needed for extended coating durability. The AMPARMOR® 2000 series is recommended for use in solvent-based, water-based and powder coatings, and is compatible with most coating resin types including epoxy, polyester, polyurethane and acrylic systems.

DynaSpec® MIL-PRF-22750 High Gloss is a two component, high solids epoxy coating. Grade A: For Navy and Army equipment requiring weather resistance. Grade A approved products can also be used as a Grade B material, for use on the interior of tactical equipment. The color of the coating is available in a wide variety of colors and gloss ranges including high gloss, semi-gloss and lusterless. Coating colors are designated by FED-STD-595 color chip number.

Epoxy resins are a family of thermosets that offer a broad variety of performance characteristics. APCM DA 4518 is an epoxy prepreg designed for a temperature range of -67°F (-55°C) to 350°F (177°C), with a cure of 250°F (121°C) for one hour and or a cure of 350º F (177ºC) for 1 hour. This material needs to be post cure or cured to 350ºF to get the 350º properties.

55LM is an epoxy laminate and prepreg system, reinforced with non-woven aramid fiber, with substantially lower moisture absorption compared with conventional epoxy/aramid products, even in high-humidity environments.

Isola’s IS410 has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 180°C and is specially formulated for superior performance through multiple thermal excursions, passing 6X solder tests at 288°C. IS410 is optimized for enhanced drilling performance allowing high aspect ratio holes of ≤10 mils. G200 has Blending Bismaleimide/Triazine (BT) and epoxy resin which provides G200 with enhanced thermal, mechanical and electrical performance over most epoxy materials. G200 possesses performance characteristics that make it an excellent selection for large panel size, high layer count Printed Wiring Boards (PWB).

Ultracor UCF-278-3/8-3.5 is used in structural applications where high mechanical performance is paramount and low density remains a primary concern.
