Minex® ST 4 A100-10 is a functional filler that is produced from nepheline syenite, a naturally occurring, silica-deficient sodium-potassium alumina silicate. Automated scanning electron microscopy confirms that Minex® ST grades contain less than one-tenth of one percent crystalline silica. No free crystalline silica is detectable in the mineral complex. All Minex® ST grades are processed and sized with rigid adherence to Covia’s QIPSM quality assurance programs.

AGC Chemicals Americas, Inc. LUMIFLON® FE-45000 is a water emulsion product developed to enable formulators to meet VOC and HAPS regulations on many solvents in the US. This product has low hydroxyl functionality and is designed for use in single-component coatings. Like other LUMIFLON® resins, it is used to produce coatings with high gloss and excellent weatherability. This product can also be used in blends with standard acrylic resins to substantially improve weathering of these conventional products. AGC Chemicals Americas, Inc. LUMIFLON® LF-810 Resin is a high molecular weight, low OH number fluoropolymer resin. This product is meant to be formulated without crosslinkers, yielding coatings with extremely high weatherability and corrosion resistance. AGC Chemicals Americas, Inc. LUMIFLON® LF200 - FEVE Solvent-borne Resin Polyol is a solventborne fluoroethylene vinyl ether resin designed for weather-resistant coatings. It has hydroxyl functionality and can be crosslinked with polyisocyanates. Coatings based on LF200 exhibit high gloss and excellent durability. LF200 is a general purpose resin, used for heavy duty industrial coatings, architectural coatings, aerospace coatings, automotive coatings, and coatings for alternative energy applications.

AGC Chemicals Americas, Inc. LUMIFLON® LF-200F is a moderate molecular weight, moderate hydroxyl number resin consisting of alternating fluoroethylene and alkyl vinyl ether segments (FEVE). This product has been developed in flake form in order to enable formulators to meet VOC and HAPS regulations. This resin can be dissolved in VOC and HAPS exempt solvents such as acetone, Oxsol® 100, t-butyl acetate, and dimethyl carbonate to meet the strictest air quality requirements. LUMIFLON resins are used to make ultra-weatherable coatings for architectural, aerospace, automotive, and industrial maintenance markets.

LUMIFLON® LF916F - FEVE Resin Polyol is a fluoroethylene vinyl ether polyol used in applications requiring outstanding exterior durability and excellent chemical resistance. It is formulated into low VOC, 2K crosslinkable coatings. It has a lower molecular weight combined with a high hydroxyl value for formulating highly crosslinked 2K coatings with excellent performance properties. Markets include heavy duty industrial coatings, architectural coatings, aerospace coatings, automotive coatings, and coatings for concrete.

The fluorinated segments provide outstanding UV stability, weather resistance, and chemical resistance, while the vinyl ether segments provide solvent compatibility and crosslinking sites. LUMIFLON resins are used to make ultra-weatherable coatings for architectural, aerospace, automotive, and industrial maintenance markets. LUMIFLON LF-600X is a moderate OH number resin. It is typically used to formulate coil coatings where flexibility and excellent weatherability are required. The major market where LF-600X finds application is the architectural market. However, LF-600X is also being used in ambient cure applications where high coating flexibility is required, for example, in coatings for plastics.

It is a polyol used in 2K polyurethane coatings and may be used as a blending resin in 1K systems. It has a low molecular weight combined with a high hydroxyl value for creating 2K waterbased polyurethane coatings with a high crosslink density. This waterborne polyol is classified as a dispersion as it is synthesized without emulsifier. This unique, emulsifier-free technology allows for the formulation of waterbased 2K polyurethane coatings with the same performance as traditional solventbased 2K coatings. K-FLEX® UD-320 is a high solids, aliphatic, low molecular weight urethane diol oligomer. It is soluble in polar organic solvents and has broad compatibility with acrylic, polyester, and alkyd resins. K-FLEX® UD-320 will increase the hardness of a melamine crosslinked system. When used to modify a 2-component polyurethane, it will increase hardness and flexibility. K-FLEX® UD-320 responds best to a zirconium chelate catalyst when used in isocyanate crosslinked systems.

ADDITOL® XL 203 stands as a versatile formulation, serving as a dispersant, wetting agent, and anti-floating agent. Proudly claiming to be NMP-free, APEO-free, and tin-free, this product boasts features such as high film thickness, circulation stability, high gloss, wet-on-wet properties, high pigment loading, and low pigment flotation. Tailored for enamel and solvent-borne coating applications, ADDITOL® XL 203 offers special properties, including high pigment loading without viscosity increase, reduced dispersing time, and enhanced gloss and leveling. Nanoflake™ ECR Glassflake MICRONISED GF005 by Glassflake Limited is comprised of Calcium aluminum borosilicate. It is commonly used as Filler for a variety of applications in Aerospace. It is available in Flakes form.

Jalpon™ 5312 is a high solids, lower VOC rust preventive concentrate comprised of gelled calcium sulfonate, oxidate, waxes and other ingredients which yields a relatively dripless, long term waxy rust preventive coating.

S-394-N1 is a synthetic wax with a DSC melt peak above 110°C and good onset of melting. Shamrock’s product line of micronized waxes provide rub and abrasion resistance. Included in this line are products that provide gloss, matting, clarity, and controlled slip in a range of particle sizes

FluoroSLIP® 225 is a blend of low molecular weight synthetic wax and PTFE.

Sunspacers™ 04.X are finely divided, optically clear, solid fused amorphous silica micronized powders. This product is specially engineered for paints, liquid and powder coatings, inks, adhesives, and thermoplastics, including UV curable compositions. These micronized powders increase corrosion resistance, reduce shrinkage, improve adhesion, and enhance surface qualities including abrasion, mar and scratch resistance. Sunspacers™ 04.X have a median particle size of approximately 3-4 microns, with a particle size range of 0.5 microns to 13 microns.

K-KAT® 5218 is an aluminum chelate complex catalyst that provides an excellent blend of both fast dry time and increased pot life when used in combination with 2,4 pentanedione. It is recommended for 2K polyurethanes, pultrusion and RIM applications.

ECR GLASSFLAKE™ UNMILLED GF200 by Glassflake Limited is comprised of Calcium aluminum borosilicate. It is commonly used as Filler for a variety of applications in Aerospace. It is available in Flakes form.

K-FLEX® XM-332 is an ultra low-viscosity polyester polyol modifier resin designed to provide improved flexibility in solvent-based, high solids and solventless systems. Compared to other K-FLEX® polyester diols, XM-332 produces the softest films. K-FLEX® XM-332 is recommended for use in air dry/force dry 2-component polyurethanes and blocked isocyanate systems.

Hydrocer 257 is a stable, non-ionic aqueous synthetic wax dispersion.

PowderTEX 94 is a pure polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) developed as a texturing agent for powder coatings.

SPP-300 is a low molecular weight polypropylene texturing agent. The SPP Series consists of polypropylene powders in a controlled range of particle sizes. These products are stir-in powders that can be easily dispersed under high-speed mixing in solvent, UV, or water-based inks & coatings.

CeraSPERSE 31 is carnauba wax compounded in Butyl Carbitol (Diethylene glycol monobutyl ether). This slow-evaporating, hydrophilic glycol ether provides compatibility with both polar and non-polar systems. Shamrock’s CeraSPERSE products are manufactured using a controlled crystallization process that allows the production of 1 micron wax dispersions. These wax compounds have a translucent appearance with a shiny gloss and a creamy feel. In addition to our standard products, Shamrock can develop and produce a wide range of compounds on a make-to-order basis.

HydroCER 584 is a 35% aqueous dispersion of high molecular weight polyethylene wax. The HydroCER products are wax emulsions, dispersions, or a combination of these.
