Quaker Color Metal Coatings AB-91F is NMP free, high performance aliphatic polyester urethane dispersion with adhesion on metal, plastic and rubber substrates. AB-91F could be used as is or with isocyanate or carbodiimide crosslinkers. Coatings based on AB-91F will have high chemical, solvent, water and UV resistance.

LAVIOSA VISCOGEL™ ED is a rheological additive for solvent-borne systems of low to medium polarity. that provides thixotropic effect, sag control, excellent leveling and prevents pigments from long-term storage settling. The nature of LAVIOSA VISCOGEL™ ED is a bentonite clay, organically modified with a quaternary alkylammonium compound. Unlike most of the other conventional organoclays, LAVIOSA VISCOGEL™ ED is self-activating and easily dispersible, hence simple and convenient to use.

Baser Mining Barite STD is natural barium sulfate. It has various applications in paint & coating industry. It is a good whiteness and excellent brightness.

Acrylic resin cross-linking with polyisocyanate

ZEBRON® 385 Resin are formulations of 100% solid "hybrid" polyurethane containing no solvents. When applied, the coatings cure with no shrinkage. ZEBRON® resists nearly all acids, bases and salt solutions over a wide range of concentrations. It is also impervious to sea water, raw and oxygenated sewage, bleaches, petroleum, vegetable oils and greases and specialty chemicals as paper mill black liquor.

PAT-ADD FL 9 is a liquid flow and anti-cratering additive for industrial solvent-borne coatings and inks; the product is free of silicone and fluorine. PAT-ADD FL 9 contributes to the formation of smooth films, improved appearance, free of imperfections, such as pinholes, orange peel or craters.

This is a very strong defoamer for all solvent-based coatings, not suitable for transparent high gloss clear topcoat

ASCONIUM® 143 are organic liquid-type additives which can provide excellent long-term anticorrosion performance to pigmented or clear coatings. ASCONIUM® additives can be used in waterborne, as well as in solventborne coatings, either as single products or in combination with active pigments.

Pigmentan PIGMENTAN EMX is a low cost, high performance, environmentally friendly, direct (1:1) substitute for basic Zinc Phosphate. It is suitable for use in primers for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Pigmentan MX is non toxic and contains no Zinc, Chrome, or other heavy metals, and does not require hazardous labeling.

Golden Cashew Nut Shell Liquid Resin0459 is a transparent viscous resin with golden color film. It is highly suitable for the surface coating application, where outstanding film properties and very high resistance to water and chemicals are required. Therefore, CNSL Resin is used commonly as a paint raw material due to its high water and chemical resistant property.

CARDAMINE H 741 LV is one of a series of specially formulated phenalkamine curing agents developed for use with liquid and solid epoxy resins. CARDAMINE H741LV is characterized by tolerant mix ratio, excellent hydrophobic character and subsequent corrosion resistance, good cure at low temperature and under adverse conditions with a high degree of flexibility and toughness.

Finoket 1100 are a Condensation product of cyclohexanone and aldehyde. They are hard resin typically used for improving gloss in flexo and gravure inks, automotive paints, high gloss lacquers, paper inks, wood primers & nail varnishes.

Pigmentan PIGMENTAN 465M-FG is a premium environmentally friendly anticorrosive pigment. Suitable for thin film solvent based primers. Excellent cost effectiveness and performance.PIGMENTAN 465M-FG is useful both for low film weights, and for easier dispersion of the anti-corrosive pigment into the paint system.

Endmoun S 63 T is a medium viscosity type with good drying properties and excellent outdoor durability & light and dark yellowing resistance.

OXIRED® MR25 is a High grade pigment with superb quality.

Araldite® GT 7071 N is a low melting solid unmodified epoxy resin based on Bisphenol A. with narrow molecular weight distribution. Araldite® GT 7071 N can be added to alkyd/amino stoving enamels to enhance their quality and to powder coatings e.g. to improve their flow.

Afcona 6225 is a dispersant and emulsifier for universal colorants and perform as color acceptance additive.

ADD-5765 is a wetting and dispersing additive for enhancing the dispersion of inorganic pigments and stabilizing the suspension of special effect pigments in solvent-based media. It is designed to prevent flooding and floating and hard sedimentation. ADD-5765 can be used in coatings and printing inks.

PAT-ADD LE 1010 is a leveling and slip agent for use in solvent-borne coatings.PAT-ADD LE 1010 is mainly used in industrial coatings.PAT-ADD LE 1010 is extremely versatile in application, so efficient in various solvent-borne systems for optimizing flow and leveling, for providing slip and mar resistance.

Novakup® L-337 is a surface modified or silane treated lamellar quartz. This is 100% passing 44 microns. 1250 Novakup® is preferred for its’ added mechanical strength and barrier protection within chemical and corrosion resistant applications. Novakup® is the only silane treated, lamellar quartz offered within the industry.

The Fine Zinc Powder LARVIK SUPER EXTRA grade is highly recommended for organic or inorganic paints.

Hybricor™ 204S - Hybrid Corrosion Inhibitor Pigment is a pigment grade Hybrid corrosion inhibitor, effective in primer applications intended for cast and structural aluminum protection. It can easily be incorporated into the coating using a high speed disperser. Hybricor™ 204S has a particle size of 7 Hegman which permits its use in both primer and DTM applications.

Defoamer for solvent-based coatings

CARDAMINE H 641 X90 is one of a series of specially formulated phenalkamine curing agents developed for use with liquid and solid epoxy resins. This grade is solvated for ease of handling. CARDAMINE H641X90 is characterized by tolerant mix ratio, excellent hydrophobic character and subsequent corrosion resistance, good cure at low temperature and under adverse conditions with a high degree of flexibility and toughness.

PAT-ADD LE 1019 is a highly concentrated, solvent-free surface modifier, showing a very wide compatibility range. The additive provides excellent slip and mars resistance properties and contributes to improved flow and leveling in solvent-based and solvent-free systems.PAT-ADD LE 1019 is mainly used in organic solvent based industrial coatings, including stoving enamels; furthermore in solvent-free paints as well as in printing inks.

BRIOMICA® 212 is a dry-ground ultra-white mica powder.

PAT-ADD LE 1433 is a flow and leveling additive for waterborne and polar solvent clears as well as pigmented formulations. PAT-ADD LE 1433 contributes to appealing film performances, even in coatings applied to low surface energy substrates; optimizing substrate wetting, deaeration, and crater resistance.
