Sunspheres™ 200 Nm are optically clear, solid fused amorphous microspheres designed for use in a wide variety of coatings, inks, adhesives, powder coatings, and thermoplastics, including UV curable compositions. These sub-micron sized spheres can be used to improve physical and mechanical properties including reduced shrinkage, improved adhesion, impact resistance, and enhanced surface qualities such as hardness, mar and scratch resistance. The average particle size is 200 nanometers and range in size from about 50 nm to 500 nm.

SST®-1MG is a friable grade of PTFE powder which can be reduced to an average particle size of 1 – 2 microns.

S-381-N5 is a modified, micronized blend of natural and synthetic wax that has a uniform melting range peaking at 91°C. Shamrock's product line of micronized waxes provide rub and abrasion resistance. Included in this line are products that provide gloss, matting, clarity, and controlled slip in a range of particle sizes.

CeraSPERSE 174 is synthetic wax and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) compounded in refined linseed oil. Shamrock’s CeraSPERSE products are manufactured using a controlled crystallization process that allows the production of 1 micron wax dispersions. These wax compounds have a translucent appearance with a shiny gloss and a creamy feel. In addition to our standard products, Shamrock can develop and produce a wide range of compounds on a make-to-order basis.

OMNISTAB® LS 292 is a multi-purpose liquid basic HALS for coatings, printing and packaging, adhesives and sealants.

GP® CL-7004 phenolic resin from Georgia-Pacific Chemicals is a thermoplastic novolac. It is used as a crosslinking resin for epoxy and polyester resins. Its low phenol content, convenient softening point, and melt viscosity are conducive for use in powder coatings.

OMNISTAB® LS 123 is a Liquid HALS stabilizer based on an aminoether functionality. Its low basicity prevents possible interactions with acidic paint ingredients such as catalysts. Improves the weathering performance.

Optically clear, solid fused amorphous silica microspheres specially engineered for optimum dispersion in paints, coatings, inks, adhesives, and thermoplastics, including UV curable compositions. These microspheres increase corrosion and impact resistance, reduce shrinkage, improve adhesion, and enhance surface qualities including mar and scratch resistance. Ideally suited for specialty applications where mechanical and rheological properties are required. Median particle size of 3 to 4 microns, with a particle size range of 0.5 microns to 92% passing 22 microns.

Catana™ CAA 2340 is a solid consisting of dodecyltrimethylammonium bromide. Catana™ CAA 2340 can be used as catalyst for polymerization of e.g. Coatings and powder coatings.

Hydrocer 357 is a stable, non-ionic aqueous spherical synthetic wax dispersion. The Hydrocer products are wax emulsions, dispersions, or a combination of these.

The SPP Series consists of polypropylene powders in a controlled range of particle sizes. These products are stir-in powders that can be easily dispersed under high-speed mixing in solvent, UV, or water-based inks & coatings.

HydroCER EC-36 is a 35% APEO-free carnauba wax emulsion in a stable anionic surfactant system. The HydroCER products are wax emulsions, dispersions, or a combination of these.

S-400-N5 is a micronized EBS (ethylene bissteramide) wax powder showing melting peaks ranging from 99 – 147°C. Shamrock’s product line of micronized waxes provides rub and abrasion resistance. S-394-N1 is a synthetic wax with a DSC melt peak above 110°C and good onset of melting. Shamrock’s product line of micronized waxes provide rub and abrasion resistance. Included in this line are products that provide gloss, matting, clarity, and controlled slip in a range of particle sizes

FluoroSLIP® 225 is a blend of low molecular weight synthetic wax and PTFE.

CLiQFLOW® 707 is a hydrogenated castor oil based thixotropic additive for solvent-free and non-to low-polar solvent based systems. It imparts a strongly shear thinning flow behavior with excellent sag resistance and good flow and leveling. Anti-settling properties and work ability are also improved with the organic thixotrope.

T Arc Chrome 6 is a daylight fluorescent pigment for inks, paints, aerosols, plastisols and organosol coatings.

Technicure® 101 is an Imidazole Epoxy Adduct Curing Agent.

Razeen® SR 5284 is a solid epoxy resin based on Bisphenol A with a narrow molecular weight distribution modified with 0.5% flow modifier for improved gloss and flow.

Resicure® 2MI is commonly used as a sole curing agent or as a dicy and anhydride cure accelerator in epoxy resin based formulations. Typical loading level as a sole curing agent is about 3-5 phr and as a dicy and anhydride cure accelerator is about 0.5 – 1.5 phr. Jet milled grade of Resicure imidazole is available as Resicure 2MI-J.

An ultra high-strength daylight fluorescent pigment for thinfilm solvent-based applications such as gravure and screen process inks. A dyed/pigmented melamine, sulphonamide, formaldehyde thermoset copolymer.

SILLITIN Z 86 puriss has a fine particle size distribution and good color neutrality.

Typically the product is used with epoxy resin and dicyandiamide between 1-3 phr. The loading level of an accelerator will provide balance of low temperature reactivity and formulation shelf stability.

Araldite® GT 6084 is an unmodified solid epoxy resin based on Bisphenol A.

CHS-EPOXY 141 is a Low molecular weight "2,5 - type" epoxy resin.

Defoamer and deaerator for water-based coating systems, silicone free. BLISTER FREE 55 has an excellent defoaming effect in all types of water-based alkyd systems, for instance in alkyd emulsions with and without co-solvents. There are also very good defoaming effects in modified alkyds and alkyd/acrylic hybrids.

NEVCHEM®200 is a thermoplastic low molecular weight, C9 hydrocarbon resin produced by catalytic polymerization of mixed aromatic monomers derived from petroleum feedstocks.

Technicure® IPDU-8, N-3-(dimethylamino) carbonylaminomethyl-3,5,5-trimethylcyclohexyl-N,N-dimethyl-urea, is a substituted urea. It is used as a dicyandiamide (DICY) accelerator in one-component epoxy resin based formulations. Typically the product is used with epoxy resin and dicyandiamide between 1-3 phr. The loading level of an accelerator will provide balance of low temperature reactivity and formulation shelf stability. Among all substituted ureas as DICY cure accelerators, IPDU-8 offers the most latency.
