Deuteron® WAX PP2 is a micronized modified polypropylene wax with well-balanced properties and an attractive economic profile. It's a versatile product suitable for various applications such as solvent-based, water-based, 100% systems (like UV curable), and powder coatings. This wax provides an elegant surface feel, good matting, and excellent mechanical stability. When used with silica, it enhances the polishing resistance and settling properties of heavy materials. In powder coatings, Deuteron® WAX PP2 contributes to good degassing properties.

Deuteron® UV 1240 is a solution formulated with Bis(dodecyl phenyl)-iodonium hexafluoroantimonate dissolved in reactive solvents. The solution includes antimony and utilizes propylene carbonate as a reactive thinner. Notably, it ensures minimal benzene emission and maintains a low odor profile. This solution manifests as a reddish, viscous oil, suitable for various applications within the specified context.

Deuteron® WD PE is a dispersion of micronized Polyethylene wax, free of additives. Polyethylene waxes are preferred for their cost-effectiveness and positive impact on mechanical stability and visual appearance. The inclusion of Deuteron® WD PE improves resistance against abrasion and scratches, enhances matting, and creates a pleasant surface feel. Designed for ease of use in auto dosage units, this liquid dispersion is formulated without dispersing additives, emulsifiers, or defoamers, ensuring high compatibility without adversely affecting coating performance.

Deuteron® OG 8670 consists of fine PMU (polymethyl urea) particle dispersions in water. These dispersions are well-suited for a broad range of water-borne systems. Preferred applications for the Deuteron® OG 8670 include inks, wood coatings, can coatings, and metal coatings.

Deuteron® UV 1242 consists of solutions incorporating bis(dodecyl phenyl)-iodonium hexafluoroantimonate dissolved in reactive solvents. The solution utilizes C12/C14 glycidyl ether as a reactive thinner and contains antimony. Notably, it ensures minimal benzene emissions and maintains a low-odor characteristic. Deuteron® UV 3100 is designed to facilitate the hardening process of binder systems that undergo cationic polymerization upon UV exposure. This solution is soluble in various binder systems, including common solvents and reactive diluents. It employs C12/C14 glycidilether as a reactive thinner and is characterized by minimal benzene emission and a low-odor profile, contributing to more environmentally conscious and user-friendly applications.

Deuteron® WAX TF is a micronized PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene)-modified polyolefin with a fine particle size distribution and excellent ease of dispersion. PTFE imparts coatings with superior mar resistance and anti-blocking properties. Given the high cost of pure PTFE powders, this product provides a cost-effective solution by combining PTFE with polyolefin, offering many of the outstanding properties of pure PTFE.

Hauthane HD-4669 is a hard, co-solvent free, aliphatic, aqueous polyurethane dispersion. Features: Contains no co-solvent. Extreme toughness, abrasion and mar resistance. Outstanding water and chemical resistance. High melting point. Can be crosslinked to enhance performance.

AGC Chemicals Americas, Inc. LUMIFLON® FE4300 - FEVE Waterborne Resin Polyol is a fluoroethylene vinyl ether waterborne resin used in applications requiring outstanding exterior durability. It is used as a blending resin for coatings that need high performance at a low VOC. It has a high molecular weight for 1K coatings with excellent resistance properties. Markets include light duty industrial coatings, architectural coatings, aerospace coatings, automotive coatings, and coatings for concrete.

Hauthane HD-2125 is a hard, chemical-resistant, polyester-based, aliphatic, polyurethane dispersion. Features: Superior adhesion to PVC. Excellent UV resistance. Exceptional alcohol resistance. Humidity resistance. Contains n-methyl pyrrolidone co-solvent.

Hauthane HD-2503 is a polycarbonate-based, aliphatic, water-borne polyurethane dispersion. Features: Excellent exterior weathering durability. Excellent humidity resistance. Contains n-methyl pyrrolidone co-solvent.

Hauthane HD-2117 is an extremely hard, aliphatic, polyester-based, aqueous polyurethane dispersion with exceptional chemical and early water-resistance properties. Features: Outstanding water and chemical resistance. Fast early water resistance development. Can be crosslinked to enhance performance. Dilution and clean-up with ordinary tap water. Contains n-methyl pyrrolidone (NMP) co-solvent.

AGC Chemicals Americas, Inc. LUMIFLON® FD1000 - FEVE Waterborne Resin Polyol is a fluoroethylene vinyl ether waterborne resin used in applications requiring outstanding exterior durability. It is a polyol used in 2K polyurethane coatings and may be used as a blending resin in 1K systems. It has a low molecular weight combined with a high hydroxyl value for creating 2K waterbased polyurethane coatings with a high crosslink density. This waterborne polyol is classified as a dispersion as it is synthesized without emulsifier. This unique, emulsifier-free technology allows for the formulation of waterbased 2K polyurethane coatings with the same performance as traditional solventbased 2K coatings. Markets include heavy duty industrial coatings, architectural coatings, aerospace coatings, automotive coatings, and coatings for concrete.

Hauthane L-3528 is a co-solvent free, polycarbonate-based, aliphatic, polyurethane dispersion. Features: Excellent exterior weathering durability. Excellent humidity resistance. Outstanding toughness and abrasion-resistance. Co-solvent frec, tin-free, APEO-free.

AGC Chemicals Americas, Inc. LUMIFLON® FE-45000 is a water emulsion product developed to enable formulators to meet VOC and HAPS regulations on many solvents in the US. This product has low hydroxyl functionality and is designed for use in single-component coatings. Like other LUMIFLON® resins, it is used to produce coatings with high gloss and excellent weatherability. This product can also be used in blends with standard acrylic resins to substantially improve weathering of these conventional products. LUMIFLON® polymers consist of alternating fluoroethylene and alkyl vinyl ether segments (FEVE). The fluorinated segments provide outstanding UV stability, weather resistance, and chemical resistance, while the vinyl ether segments provide solvent compatibility and crosslinking sites. These resins are used to make ultra-weatherable coatings for architectural, aerospace, automotive, and industrial maintenance markets.

Hauthane L-3615 is a hard, co-solvent free, aliphatic, polyester polyurethane dispersion. Features: Co-solvent free, TEA free, Tin free, APEO free. Medium hard, tough, dry film. Excellent water and chemical resistance. Superior abrasion resistance. Good adhesion to a wide variety of substrates.

Hauthane HD-4675 is a hard, co-solvent free, aliphatic, polyester polyurethane dispersion. Features: Contains no co-solvent. Produces clear, durable films with low levels of co-solvent (<100 g/l). Excellent non-yellowing properties. Good water and chemical resistance. Produces tough, abrasion and mar resistant films.

Naxonac® HP1000 is an adhesion promoter for paints, coatings, and adhesives, and it can also be used as a surfactant. It consists of alkyl ether phosphate. The product appears as a clear, yellow liquid with an acrylic odor and is dispersible in water.

GP 7565 by Georgia-Pacific Chemicals is comprised of Formaldehyde, Butan-1-ol and 4,4'-isopropylidenediphenol Bisphenol A; BPA. It is commonly used as Crosslinking Agent and Coating Resin for a variety of applications. It is available in Liquid form.
