AquaFLON® 50 is an aqueous dispersion containing submicron PTFE. The AquaFLON® product line is comprised of aqueous dispersions of PTFE or PTFE with wax. These products are designed for stability, pourability and easy incorporation into water-based systems. These additives are used to provide slip and abrasion resistance.

SST®-4 is a white low MW PTFE micropowder with particle size distribution at a mean value of 3-4 µm. SST® products are Shamrock’s PTFE micropowders that are defined by particle size and distribution, molecular weight, crystallinity, surface area, oil adsorption, powder flow, and color. Made primarily from highly controlled recycled PTFE feedstocks, SST® products are used for their ability to provide slip, non-stick, water repellency, texture, release, rub, and abrasion resistance to surfaces.

FluoroSLIP® 731 MG is a combination of a high melting synthetic wax, carnauba wax, and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) where the wax blend shows a melting peaks ranging from 84 – 110°C.

PEL-SIL™ CL290 is a organo-modified silicone-based additive consisting of a siloxane backbone and polyethylene-oxide (EO) and polypropylene oxide (PO) side chains. PEL-SIL™ CE 390 has recoatability and low tendency to foam. It is good compatibility with many resin systems. PEL-SIL™ CL290 is an excellent silicone-based additive for improving slip and mar resistance and reducing friction coefficient for solvent-borne, water-borne, and UV/EB cured coating systems. It can be used for coatings in industrial and auto, wood, and overprint vanishes and inks.

SST®-4D is a white low MW PTFE powder with a particle size mean value of 3 µm. SST®-4D has a tightly controlled particle size distribution, resulting in fewer oversized particles. HydroCER 8481 is a stable, non-ionic aqueous synthetic wax emulsion. The HydroCER products are wax emulsions, dispersions, or a combination of these.

EBECRYL® 350, developed by CASE Ingredients, is a versatile radiation-curable liquid designed for the automotive and transportation, industrial, and paints and coatings markets. The use of Deuteron OG 250 affects the surface characteristics of aqueous coating systems.The low melting point of the used paraffine-wax reduces unwelcome high slipperiness of certain binders (dispersions). Because of this property the product is also suitable as an additive to produce water-based „soft-feeling-lacquers“.
