LO-VEL® 8300 flatting agent is a synthetic amorphous precipitated silica treated with a functionalized wax. It is designed for use in waterborne and solvent-borne coatings, and is suitable for coatings with a dry film thickness of less than 1 mil (< 20 microns).

AFCONA 2290 provides anti-foam and de-aeration properties for solvent-containing and solvent-free systems of epoxy, polyurethane, UPE and UV coatings. AFCONA 2290 contains a non-silicone defoaming substance which offers very good performance in both defoaming and anti-foaming. Due to its strong defoaming properties and silicone-free composition, it is also very suitable for primer coatings.

Lo-Vel® 6000 is a synthetic, amorphous silicon dioxide flatting agent that is designed for use where a Hegman value of 5 to 6 is required. The combination of high flatting at low use levels and ease of incorporation delivers expanded formulation flexibility.

Dar-Tech Hauthane HD-2209 is an aliphatic, polyester-based, aqueous polyurethane dispersion designed to produce unequaled clarity and gloss. Syntran® DR 7015 is an alkali-soluble acrylic polymer that is based on Interpolymer Corporation's polymeric surfactant technology. This technology was designed to improve wetting and incorporation of pigments or additives into water-based inks and coatings. This product is used for wood coatings, concrete coatings, architectural coatings, etc.

AFCONA 4047 is a high molecular weight polymeric dispersant for the deflocculation of all types of pigments. AFCONA 4047 is a highly effective polymeric dispersant used to stabilize inorganic and organic pigments, as well as carbon blacks. Steric hindrance provides very good stability performance with all type of pigments.

Pergopak® M5 is a matting agent used in the paint and varnish industries. It has a low impact on rheology and improved scratch and abrasion resistance, along with improved adhesion and elasticity. On the other hand, Pergopak® M5 provides excellent weather resistance and gloss retention.

Dar-Tech Hauthane HD-4669 is a hard, co-solvent-free, aliphatic, aqueous polyurethane dispersion. It was designed for topcoat applications on a wide variety of substrates, including concrete, metal, plastic, and wood. This grade can be used as a sole vehicle or blended with acrylic emulsions for spray, dip, or rotogravure applications. It may be thickened with associative thickeners for alternative application methods.

AFCONA 2018 is a silicone-free defoamer that is recommended for systems where in-can transparency is important. It prevents the entrapment of air during processing steps such as stirring or pumping, and functions well during the application of paints and lacquers. AFCONA 2018 is well-suited for solvent-based wood finishes where foaming is a problem when applied by spraying.

Nicron® 303 is a high-purity microcrystalline talc with more than 98% talc content. The lamellar nature of Nicron 303 enhances film strength and flexibility and provides barrier properties in architectural and industrial primers and topcoats to improve corrosion resistance and stain-blocking ability.

Mistron® 554 is an off-white, high-purity, platy-fine talc. Its platy nature improves barrier properties, corrosion resistance, and stain blocking ability in architectural and industrial primers. Mistron® 554 is also used in topcoats to reduce hard settling, improve sag resistance, and extend prime pigments.

Dar-Tech Hauthane HD-2602 is an aliphatic, silicone-modified, polyester-based, waterborne polyurethane dispersion. It was designed primarily for topcoat applications where slip resistance and abrasion resistance are required. HD-2602 contains a non-fugitive silicone component that provides low surface tension characteristics on flexible and rigid substrates, including plastics, metals, and textiles.

Synprint AC 7150 is a water-based, alkali-solubilized styrene-acrylic copolymer used as an alkali-soluble resin in inks and overprint varnishes to improve gloss and leveling. It can also be used in pigment dispersions to improve color development and pigment dispersion gloss.

AFCONA 5054 is a wetting and dispersing additive to prevent sedimentation and flooding of pigments. It helps to reduce interfacial tension between hydrophilic pigments/extenders and the binder, forming a lattice structure with the pigments at the same time. It stabilizes pigment through electrical charge repulsion forces.

AFCONA 2720 is an anti-foam and de-aeration additive for use in unsaturated polyesters, coil and can coatings, epoxies and PVC-compounds. It supports the quick deaeration of thermosetting resin systems, allowing for the production of foam-free and blister-free self-leveling compounds and laminates. Additionally, AFCONA 2720 is suitable for use in can and coil coatings, where it is less likely to cause side effects such as inconsistent craters in the line.

LO-VEL® 8100 flatting agent is a high-efficiency flatting agent that is ideal for use in a variety of coating systems. It is a synthetic amorphous silicon dioxide, wax-treated silica designed for use where a Hegman value of 6 to 6.75 is required. Moreover, its high flatting efficiency, resistance to settling and heat-age stability provide formulation flexibility and expanded process capability.

Silverline 403 is an off-white, high-purity, platy, fine talc. It enhances film strength and flexibility, provides barrier properties in architectural and industrial primers, and improves corrosion resistance and stain-blocking ability. Silverline 403 is used in paints to improve low-shear viscosity and maximize prime pigment extension.

AFCONA 3778 is a leveling agent for solvent-based and solvent-free coatings. It is a pure polyacrylic leveling agent. Polyacrylics are well known for flow and leveling performance. AFCONA 3778 also acts as a defoamer and deareator in most coating systems. It does not interfere with intercoat adhesion.

JetFil® P500 is an off-white, high-purity, extremely platy, fine talc. It is recommended for improving stiffness, HDT, and dimensional stability in general-purpose plastics applications, including sheets and thermoformed plastics. It could also help in achieving good long-term thermal stability (heat aging).

AFCONA 3758 is a leveling and flow control agent for solvent-based coatings with anti-crater properties. AFCONA 3758 is a special modified polyacrylic polymer. It reduces drastically surface tension of organic coating systems. This, together with good compatibility in most solvent-based systems and with minimal foam stabilizing effect, makes it very effective as an anti-crater and flow control agent for all solvent-based coatings.

Synprint AC 2910 is an inherently matte acrylic polymer. This technology produces a film with low gloss without the additional use of waxes or powders and brings flexibility and excellent stability while providing excellent adhesion to various substrate types. It is recommended to be fortified with another resin, such as Synprint AC 5151 or similar, to improve the overall film properties.

Dar-Tech Hauthane HD-2107 DMM is a hard, NMP-free, APEO-free, aliphatic, polyester-based, aqueous polyurethane dispersion with an exceptional balance of properties. This product is a balance of toughness, abrasion resistance, and mar resistance, designed for topcoat applications on a wide variety of substrates, including concrete, metal, plastic, and wood.

Access Rudolf Organosilane AE301-1H is a specially designed water-repellent agent that is used for treating building materials such as concrete, masonry, and natural stone. It is a clear, low-viscosity solution that is easy to apply and provides long-lasting protection against water damage. This product has been formulated to have a reduced odor, making it ideal for use in indoor applications.

Nicron® 403 is a high-purity microcrystalline talc. The lamellar nature of Nicron® 403 enhances film strength and flexibility and provides barrier properties in architectural and industrial primers and topcoats to improve corrosion resistance and stain-blocking ability. Nicron® 403 is also used in paints to improve sag resistance and maximize prime pigment extension. AFCONA 2040 is a moderate defoamer with minimal side effects that prevents the formation of foam and blisters during manufacturing and application. It offers a combination of good defoaming and compatibility with most resin systems. It is recommended for medium-viscosity applications applied by spray and brush, and is particularly suitable for systems ranging from low polarity to high polarity. AFCONA 2035 is recommended for brush and conventional spray applications.

Mistron® 604 is a high-purity microcrystalline talc with more than 98% talc content. The lamellar nature of Mistron® 604 enhances film strength and flexibility and provides barrier properties in architectural and industrial primers and topcoats to improve corrosion resistance and stain-blocking ability.

Nicron® 353 is also used for rheology and film reinforcement in adhesive, sealant, caulk, joint compound, wood putty, and auto body patch applications.

AFCONA 4474 is an acid-based polymeric dispersant for coil and can coatings or any other acid-curing system. It is a very strong dispersant, especially for TiO2 dispersions in oil-free polyester/melamine systems. This combination is commonly used in coil and can coatings, as well as in industrial baking paints.
