AFCONA-2025, AFCONA-2035 and AFCONA 2040 have similar chemical structures with different modifications. However, their performance is very different in some systems. We recommend customers try all three products to select the most suitable defoamer for their system.

- To prevent foaming, AFCONA-2040 may be added prior to processing. If added subsequently, good dispersion must be ensured.
- Addition and Dosage
- 0.1 - 0.7% on total formulation. Under normal conditions, 0.2 - 0.5% based on total formulation is sufficient.

- AFCONA-2040 should be stored in a cool, dry place. When stored in its original, unopened container, it will keep up to 5 years from the date of manufacture. The expiration date is indicated on the container
