EBECRYL® 8812 is an aliphatic urethane acrylate that stands out for not containing intentionally added organic tin compounds, heavy metals, hydroquinone (HQ), or methyl ether of hydroquinone (MEHQ). It's important to note that quinones may be present in some raw materials, so the overall quinone content is reduced but not zero in EBECRYL® 8812. Diluted with 10% by weight of the reactive diluent ethoxyethoxyethyl acrylate (EOEOEA), films of EBECRYL® 8812, when cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB), exhibit excellent abrasion resistance, toughness, rapid cure response, and resistance to yellowing. EBECRYL® 205 is a tin-free aromatic urethane triacrylate oligomer diluted with 25% tripropyleneglycol diacrylate (TPGDA)(1) monomer, produces films with commendable flexibility, acceptable abrasion resistance, and excellent adhesion to various substrates when cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB). This versatile product finds application in radiation-curable coatings, gravure ink, and screen printing ink. EBECRYL® 205 excels in various application methods such as curtain coating, gravure coating, and roller application, making it suitable for both gravure and screen printing ink formulations.

Optically clear, solid fused amorphous silica microspheres specially engineered for paints, coatings, inks, adhesives, and thermoplastics, including UV curable compositions. These microspheres increase corrosion resistance, reduce shrinkage, improve adhesion and impact resistance, and enhance surface qualities including mar and scratch resistance. The Sunspheres™ 15.0 have a median particle size of approximately 15.0 microns, with 90% of particles passing 45 microns.

UCECOAT® 7200 is a white radiation-curable coating designed for the automotive, transportation, and paints and coatings markets. EBECRYL® 8896 is an innovative aliphatic urethane acrylate designed for applications that require haptic properties, commonly known as "soft touch/feel." Films of EBECRYL® 8896, when cured by exposure to ultraviolet light (UV) or an electron beam (EB), exhibit toughness, flexibility, and resistance to yellowing. This resin is particularly suitable for creating coatings with a soft touch effect. It is compatible with various fillers, pigments, waxes, and polymeric beads, offering formulators flexibility to achieve a range of haptic properties, from a velvety/silky feel to EBECRYL® 8896's intrinsic rubbery feel. The combination of EBECRYL® 8894 with EBECRYL® 8896 can enhance the abrasion resistance of the soft touch binder EBECRYL® 8896 without compromising the haptic effect. Applications for EBECRYL® 8896 include automotive OEM coatings, wood coatings and finishes, as well as industrial coatings.

EBECRYL® 53 stands out as a purified grade of OTA 480, crafted for the formulation of ultraviolet light (UV) and electron beam (EB) curable printing inks and overprint varnishes, specifically targeting applications in food packaging. The purification process ensures the removal of potential sources of odor and extractables in cured products, making EBECRYL® 53 an ideal choice where lower odor and irritancy are desired. With notable features such as faster cycle time, good pigment wetting, improved flexibility, hardness, long pot life, low energy consumption, low-temperature curing, and low viscosity, it excels in various applications, including automotive OEM coatings and wood coatings and finishes.

Chivacure® 300 is an oligomeric photoinitiator featuring transparent, ultrathin, non-yellowing, and non-migration properties. Equipped with a special “multi-warhead” structure, Chivacure® 300 is highly resistant to oxygen inhibition and can retain sufficient free radicals to initiate the UV curing reaction. Therefore Chivacure® 300 is particularly suitable for applications requiring ultrathin transparent coatings that are less than 5 μm thick (e.g., food or cigarette packaging, adhesive tapes, scratch-resistant glass and metal coatings).

Electrolube 2KPB conformal coating reaction agent is required for Electrolube's innovative €˜2K' two part conformal coating systems and the next generation of UV Cure conformal coatings. Used in a similar fasion to traditional thinners, 2KPB0 is used at the correct mix ration during application via selective coating machine. Where 2KPB differs from the traditional thinner is that it contains the reaction agent required for the coating to commence curing, similar to how the Part B works in a resin system. Available in a 1 or 5 Liter, 2KPB is added to the 2K range Part A or the latest UVCL range, please check the TDS of the Product to see the suggested mix ratio's.

FluorAcryl 3298 is a hydrophobic and oleophobic acrylate that produces hard scratch resistance coatings. This oligomer is compatible with UV/EB curing. FluorAcryl has a high Tg, good water resistance, high impact strength and good solvent resistance.

Vocaplast UV is a carrier material that is a radically crosslinkable resin or UV monomer, customer specific carriers or reactive dissolvent on demand, photoinitiator-free, and with or without dispersing agent on demand.

FluorAcryl 7298 is a perfluoropolyether (PFPE) used as an additive in other UV curable coatings to reduce surface tension and improve water, oil and stain resistance. Films and coatings with 7298 may be expected to provide anti-fouling and easy cleaning from fingerprints and other contaminants. FluorAcryl 7298 is compatible with many monomers, such as TMPTA. With or without pigments and other particulates, 7298 rapidly UV cures in the presence or absence of oxygen.

Esacure ONE is a difunctional alpha-hydroxy ketone photoinitiator. It is a highly reactive difunctional photoinitiator particularly suitable for clear systems. FluorAcryl 1939 is a bifunctional perfluoropolyether (PFPE) urethane acrylate. FluorAcryl is a surface modifier that improves gloss. It is compatible and miscible with low molecular weight reactive UV-curable diluents and acrylic monomers. Some of the properties of FluorAcryl 1939 include good release agent, good water and oil repellency and good chemical resistance. As a surface modifier this also offers good hardness, substrate-wetting and flow-properties. Recommended dosage is between 0.5–5% w/w. During application and UV light curing, FluorAcryl blooms quickly and effectively on the surface of the coating, imparting low surface energy and non-stick E2C properties.
