Tinuvin® 479-DW (N) is an aqueous triazine-based UV absorber dispersion designed for applications in coatings, overprint varnishes, adhesives, and sealants. Its function primarily lies in UV absorption. This dispersion appears as a slightly yellowish liquid. Its end uses encompass 2K (2-component) coatings, radiation-curable coatings, varnishes, and waterborne coatings. Notable features include thermal resistance, non-migrating properties, high performance, and excellent photopermanence.

Bomar™ BRC-841 is a low-molecular-weight, difunctional, hydrophobic urethane acrylate that can be effectively formulated for steel and various plastichard coatings. The resulting hard, tough film makes an effective non-yellowing protective single-coating. EBECRYL® 8810 is a liquid radiation-curable coating formulated for the paints and coatings and printing and packaging markets. This formulation is bisphenol A-free and highlights a low carbon footprint (PCF), ensuring it remains solvent-free, tin-free, and voc-free. Tailored for glass coatings and packaging coatings, it supports application methods such as curtain coating, gravure coating, and roller techniques on glass and plastics, utilizing radiation cure technology.

EBECRYL® 8804 is a radiation-curable coating designed for the paints and coatings and printing and packaging markets. Being bisphenol A-free, it emphasizes a low carbon footprint (PCF) and is formulated as a solvent-free and voc-free option. This product is tailored for packaging coatings and specialty coatings, like glass coatings. With application methods such as curtain coating, dip coating, gravure coating, roller, and slot-die, it offers versatility in its use, employing radiation cure technology.

Sunspheres™ 200 Nm are optically clear, solid fused amorphous microspheres designed for use in a wide variety of coatings, inks, adhesives, powder coatings, and thermoplastics, including UV curable compositions. These sub-micron sized spheres can be used to improve physical and mechanical properties including reduced shrinkage, improved adhesion, impact resistance, and enhanced surface qualities such as hardness, mar and scratch resistance. The average particle size is 200 nanometers and range in size from about 50 nm to 500 nm.

Chivacure® 300 is an oligomeric photoinitiator featuring transparent, ultrathin, non-yellowing, and non-migration properties. Equipped with a special “multi-warhead” structure, Chivacure® 300 is highly resistant to oxygen inhibition and can retain sufficient free radicals to initiate the UV curing reaction. Therefore Chivacure® 300 is particularly suitable for applications requiring ultrathin transparent coatings that are less than 5 μm thick (e.g., food or cigarette packaging, adhesive tapes, scratch-resistant glass and metal coatings).

FluorAcryl 3298 is a hydrophobic and oleophobic acrylate that produces hard scratch resistance coatings. This oligomer is compatible with UV/EB curing. FluorAcryl has a high Tg, good water resistance, high impact strength and good solvent resistance.

FluorAcryl 7298 is a perfluoropolyether (PFPE) used as an additive in other UV curable coatings to reduce surface tension and improve water, oil and stain resistance. Films and coatings with 7298 may be expected to provide anti-fouling and easy cleaning from fingerprints and other contaminants. FluorAcryl 7298 is compatible with many monomers, such as TMPTA. With or without pigments and other particulates, 7298 rapidly UV cures in the presence or absence of oxygen.

FluorAcryl 1939 is a bifunctional perfluoropolyether (PFPE) urethane acrylate. FluorAcryl is a surface modifier that improves gloss. It is compatible and miscible with low molecular weight reactive UV-curable diluents and acrylic monomers. Some of the properties of FluorAcryl 1939 include good release agent, good water and oil repellency and good chemical resistance. As a surface modifier this also offers good hardness, substrate-wetting and flow-properties. Recommended dosage is between 0.5–5% w/w. During application and UV light curing, FluorAcryl blooms quickly and effectively on the surface of the coating, imparting low surface energy and non-stick E2C properties. FluorAcryl is made for UV curable coatings use.
