EBECRYL® 780 is a highly functional, carboxylic acid-containing methacrylate oligomer that is diluted in 2-methoxy-1-propanol solvent. This resin demonstrates good cure speed, favorable gloss characteristics, low shrinkage, and excellent adhesion to metal surfaces. It is particularly well-suited for applications in the topcoat of vacuum-metallized cosmetic and filmic materials. Bomar®BR-970H is a low viscosity, difunctional, aliphatic urethane acrylate. EBECRYL® 331 is a wetting and dispersing agent designed for use in both solvent-free and solvent-containing UV systems. Functioning as a low molecular weight additive, it actively deflocculates and stabilizes pigments through electrical charging at the pigment surface. The high wetting power of EBECRYL® 331 enables the formulation of coatings and inks with elevated gloss and improved color strength. Additionally, it effectively prevents the settling of pigments and extenders, contributing to good leveling properties in the final product. This dispersant and wetting agent belong to the chemical family of bentonite and is applied in various end uses such as radiation-curable coatings, screen printing inks, inkjet inks, flexography inks, and gravure inks. It is labeled as VOC-free and Bisphenol A-free.

NANOMYTE® SR-500EC-UVP is a transparent coating designed to provide easy-to-clean surfaces with excellent weatherability and UV protection for underlying substrates. The product, a hard, dense and smooth coating, is a nanostructured composite consisting of organic and inorganic phases. The coating resists scratching and chipping, strongly adheres to metal, glass and ceramic surfaces, and has superior water repellency and soil resistance. USI Chemical Silane USi-1301 functions as a surface modifier in fillers and pigments, where it improves the dispersibility of the filler and the mechanical properties - such as flexural strength, tensile strength and modulus of the composites. The silane also has its application as an adhesion promoter in formulations and primers & reduces the filler's sedimentation tendency in the uncured polymer. Solvent dyes for coding and marking plus special applications requiring highest chroma and transparency – For coding and marking by continuous inkjet, Mansi Chemicals offers Meghapon® solvent soluble black and color dyes for printing of information and data such as expiry dates, lot numbers or bar codes on a variety of substrates and items, such as packaging materials, plastics (e. g. Wire and cable marking) or metals. Meghapon® dyes might also be used for solvent-based packaging printing, particularly on metal foil and transparent film, where they offer outstanding color strength, chroma and transparency.
