Master Touch H8205 Series is a premium quality, rust inhibitive, alkyd metal primer that provides excellent corrosion resistance, wetting ability, flexibility, and adhesion on clean or tightly adhering rust and mill scale in normal service environments. Can be brushed, rolled, sprayed, or dipped on interior or exterior ferrous metal surfaces. Use with 80 series alkyd enamel topcoats. Not to be used as a universal primer/barrier coat underneath vinyl, epoxies, lacquers, or other strong solvent containing finishes. Tack free in about 3 or 4 hours.

Casamid™ 872 is a medium viscosity alcohol soluble polyamide resin for use in flexographic inks and lacquers, where water resistance is less important.

Phantom DINV invisible pigments are organic UV reactive organic pigments that are invisible in most applications until excited with a UV light (long wave 365nm or short wave 254nm). The 5 micron particle size allows for flexible formulation in water and solvent systems. The strong UV response and low loading requirements (under. 5%) make DINV pigments an excellent choice for security printing, coating and novelty applications.

SYNTRAN® PUC 3225 is a cationic, aqueous, one-component, aliphatic polyether-type polyurethane dispersion. It shows excellent corrosion resistance on cold-rolled sheet and good compatibility with additives. It is a self-emulsifying dispersion that is easily processed into a film at relatively low temperatures. It can be used together with cationic acrylic on steel strip. Formulations based on SYNTRAN® PUC 3225 for various applications are available on request. This is realized by a specific delaminating process which creates the optimal lamellar structure without breaking the plates in smaller parts. Furthermore it is equipped with extraordinary whiteness and thereby suitable for applications of the highest quality, in plastic, paper and the coating industry.

The Sunspheres™ 200 Nm ST- 3 are surface treated*, optically clear, solid fused amorphous microspheres designed for optimum dispersion in coatings, inks, adhesives, and thermoplastics, including UV curable compositions. Cured films show enhanced physical and mechanical properties including increased corrosion resistance, reduced shrinkage, improved adhesion, and enhanced surface qualities such as mar and scratch resistance. This product is particularly useful in improving impact resistance. The average particle size is 200 nanometers and range in size from 50 to 500 nm.

USI Chemical Silane USi-2301 improves both adhesion to the substrate and mechanical properties such as flexural strength, tensile strength and modulus of elasticity.

Enviro-Finish 49 Series Primers is a hybrid waterborne primer system designed for the segment of the OEM Market that requires a VOC compliant coating to replace their conventional alkyd system. 49 Series is designed for Direct-To-Metal (DTM) applications. Gloss Vinyl Acrylic Lacquer (DMF Free & TOL-Free)

SYNTRAN® AC 4006 is a water-based, cationic acrylic copolymer solution. SYNTRAN® AC 4006 is recommended for stain-blocking paints and primers.
