Atlas F60 has a very good honeycomb structure and special chemical properties, which can be effectively used in all standard industries and processing industries, such as hand lay-up, vacuum infusion, RTM and other processes. Teccore® TG120 creates additional stiffness in advanced composite panels at lower weight and cost. A panel density of 0.9 g/cm2 can be achieved. By replacing carbon (prepreg) content, Lantor Teccore reduces the environmental impact of carbon composites up to 40% CO2 eq. emission and energy used. Teccore has a nonwoven base made from recycled bottles and resin bonded microspheres to build up low weight volume. Lantor Teccore helps to reduce the fiber print in composite parts and makes painting much easier.

NCF is a composite reinforcing fabric in which fibers are organized into layers of plies of variable weight and orientation. The layers are stitched together. The result is a range of engineered fabrics with predictable, repeatable properties for the composite industry. Triaxial Longitudinal (Warp Triaxial) Non-Crimp Fabrics are ideal for applications that require a combination of high longitudinal and shear strength and stiffness, and some transverse strength. Ideal for laterally loaded panels with aspect ratio from 1 .5 to ∞. This triaxial product is suitable for hand lay-up, vacuum bagging of relatively flat components (minimum curvature radius approximately 15mm), vacuum injection and other RTM-processes.

Natex 2D 350 is a technical fabric in natural flax fiber designed from untwisted roving. It comes as Twill 3/3 Natex® Fabrics with Laize 1000 mm and as 350 g/m2.

LINCORE® FF UD 250 is a 100% flax fabric made of untwisted rovings.The molding can be realized by Infusion, Resin Transfer Molding, Resin Film Infusion Lay upThese fabrics are also availble as resin-impregnated reinforcements for high strength, toughness ans structural performance at low weight.

ampliTex™ 5051 is a Flax fiber braid, suitable for manufacturing fiber reinforced composite tubes with high performance and low environmental impact.

SynFoam HTC is a castable syntactic foam that has exceptional dielectric and low loss properties. SynFoam HTC can be used at temperatures up to 180oC and is resistant to water, chemcicals, and hydrocarbon fluids. The castable nature of the product eliminates the need for machining and is suitable for use with standard RTM and mix-meter equipment. The surface finish of parts molded from SynFoam HTC varies from high gloss to matte depending on the finish of the mold. SynFoam HTC has been used in the fabrication of radomes, antennas, reflectors, and radar absorbing coomposites. SynFoam HTC is available as 1, 2, and 5 gallon kits. Each kit contains an A and B side that must be mixed together prior to casting. SynFoam HTC will require a temperature of 150oF to cure with higher postcure temperatures recommended to reach the maximum service use temperature. Please consult the appropriate instructions prior to using HTC. If you have a specific mold for use with SynFoam HTC we also provide final casting and fabrication services.

ampliTex™ 5009 is a Non-crimp unidirectional flax fabric with fibers oriented at 0°, suitable for manufacturing fiber reinforced composite products with a high performance and a low environmental impact.

Chopped strands or Chopped fibers made of FILAVA™ CS BSB3_011.06.IS65T.D fibers are designed to reinforce thermoplastics or thermoset composites and can be used for wet and dry fiber laying processes, compounding and injection molding (see ISOMATEX Sales department for more information).

RAKU® TOOL EL-2203 has a viscosity range of 400 – 700 mPas, is low in viscosity, has excellent wetting properties, and gels well at room temperature.

Muehlmeier Filament fabric finished TGG25 is a woven webs of continuous E-glass yarns with a finish that makes the fibers even more supple and is designed for epoxy resin systems. The glass yarns are spun yarns with no or slight twist. They have excellent impregnating properties and drapeability. Suitable for contact or continuous processes.

ROVICORE™ R 600/D3/600 is a reinforcement comprising a non-woven synthetic 180gsm core and two 600glass mats stitched one on each side of the core.It is used in closed-mold processes.

Process applications include Compression Molding, Continuous Lamination, ,Electrical Flat Sheet, RTM / Vacuum Infusion, Filament Winding, Glass Reinforced Gypsum (GFRG), Other unique applications.

SURFITEX™ E 50 L is a synthetic veil, designed to generate a high-quality surface during production of FRP components, including pipes, tanks, façade panels and wind blades. Surfitex™ is manufactured from 100 % polyester fibers, which are hydro-entangled with highpressure jets of water, with no chemicals added, which means there is no risk of chemical contamination of the resin. This material is highly suitable for pultrusion, filament winding, RTM, vacuum infusion and hand lay-up processes.

Renegade Materials Corporation RM-3002 “next-generation” BMI delivers improved damage tolerance at higher temperatures vs. industry-standard BMI’s. Renegade Materials’ prepregs exhibit excellent tack, out-time and handling characteristics and are precision made for the highest lot to lot consistency available in the composites industry. RM-3002 prepregs are available on various fabrics including carbon, quartz and S2 glass. Renegade Materials offers similar performance in a Resin Transfer Molding (RTM) resin system (RM-3000). Paste (RM-3006 and RM-3007) and Film (RM-3011) Adhesives compatible with RM-3002 round out our BMI product line.

HexFlow® RTM6-2 resin is the bi-component version of HexFlow® RTM6 resin. Delivered as two different components, HexFlow® RTM6-2 resin provides several benefits over HexFlow® RTM6: air shipment is allowed, storage at 23± 3°C for 12 months, and bigger packages are possible (up to 378 kg). HexFlow® RTM6-2 resin is chemically the same as RTM6 resin and has the same high performance after mixing Part A and Part B. Their mixing ratio in weight is Part A : Part B (100 : 68.1). After mixing Part A and Part B, service temperatures from -60°C up to 120°C and cycle processing flexibility make HexFlow® RTM6 resin ideal for primary & secondary aerospace structures. Due to the low viscosity of HexFlow® RTM6 resin, there are long injection windows to facilitate large-parts manufacturing. Mixed HexFlow® RTM6-2 resin can be used with a wide range of HexForce®, HiTape® and HiMax™ reinforcements. If needed, binders are also available and fully compatible with HexFlow® RTM6-2 resin. They provide dimensional stability to the reinforcement and ease preforming processes. Mixed HexFlow® RTM6-2 resin, when combined with HiTape® & HiMax™ reinforcements, has comparable mechanical properties to the latest generation prepregs.
