TEGO® Antifoam 793 is a 100% active defoamer concentrate utilizing polyether-modified siloxanes. It functions as a defoamer primarily in fluids and lubricant applications. AEROSIL® R 202 is a hydrophobic fumed silica grade, treated with a polydimethylsiloxane. This product can be used in defoamer formulations for sedimentation stabilization and due to its high hydrophobicity as defoaming component.

TEGO® SML 20 is a liquid emulsifier that is non-ionic and made of polyoxyethylene-(20)-sorbitan monolaurate. It is used as a solubilizer for oils and dyestuffs, as well as a defoamer and antistatic agent in textile formulations. TEGO® SML 20 is compatible with anionic, cationic, and amphoteric surfactants due to its non-ionic nature. It is also biodegradable and has good environmental behavior. TEGO® Antifoam MR 507 is an organo-modified siloxane-based antifoam that is designed for foam control in non-aqueous media. It has a high silicone content, which makes it more effective than conventional products in bio-treated diesel fuels. TEGO® Antifoam MR 507 reduces foam collapse time and initial foam height, and it maintains its performance even in wet fuel and after storage for over four weeks. It also has excellent water shedding properties and a reduced treat rate compared to conventional antifoams based on polyether siloxanes. TEGO® Antifoam MR 507 is compatible with a wide range of diesel additive packages and can be incorporated into low-solvent formulations. It is also stable at low temperatures and can be used with conventional non-polar solvents.

TEGO® Antifoam 3062 is an emulsion antifoam featuring organo-modified siloxanes, primarily functioning as an anti-foaming agent. Notably compatible, it is suitable for use in the paper and pulp industry, especially in the production of coated paper and paperboard. In addition, it finds application in pressure-sensitive adhesive formulations within the CASE ingredients category.

TAGAT® V 20 is a non-ionic emulsifier that is based on POE-20 glycerol oleoricinoleate. It is a low-foaming emulsifier that finds use in a wide range of applications such as metal working fluids, concrete release agents, textile auxiliary formulations, and pulp and paper defoamers. TAGAT® V 20 is derived from natural raw materials, which makes it dermatologically safe and environmentally friendly. It has excellent emulsifying and stabilizing properties, which ensure the formation of finely dispersed and long-lasting stable oil-in-water emulsions. TAGAT® V 20 also enhances the solubility of biocides in mineral oil-based lubricants and improves the lubricating properties of water-mixed fluids. It has a low foaming tendency and provides excellent thermal stability.

AEROSIL® R 974 is hydrophobic fumed silica grades treated with DDS (Dichlordimethylsilane). The moderate hydrophobicity of these AEROSIL® products is suited for defoaming properties in the presence of appropriate hydrophobic liquids. They are recommended for improving the sedimentation stability of defoamer dispersions as well.

AEROSIL® 300 is a hydrophilic fumed silica with a specific surface area of 300 m²/g.

AEROSIL® R 106 is a hydrophobic fumed silica after treated with D4 (Octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane).

AEROXIDE® Alu C is a fine-particulate, pure aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃) with high specific surface area and marked aggregate and agglomerate structure. Because of it high purity and low water content, the product can be used well as an additive to anorganic materials, for heat insulation, and also as a catalyst substrate. The positive surface charge can be used to control the electrostatic charge.

REWOCOROS® AL 200 is a lauryl polyglycol ether-based phosphoric acid ester. It serves as a multifunctional corrosion inhibitor for water-miscible lubricants, suitable for aluminum alloys and ferrous metals depending on the type of neutralization agent used. When combined with alkali and ammonium salts, it can also function as an extreme pressure (EP), anti-wear (AW) additive, and lubricity improver for water-miscible lubricants, such as metalworking fluids.

TEGO® Antifoam MR 1015 is a highly efficient 70% active antifoam concentrate that is based on modified siloxanes. Its unique formulation and modification of the active material provide excellent efficiency and maximum compatibility, making it a superior product compared to traditional silicone oil-based antifoams. TEGO® Antifoam MR 1015 eliminates undesirable effects such as silicone spotting and fish eyes in most applications. It is highly stable in alkaline and electrolyte environments, even at higher temperatures. Additionally, TEGO® Antifoam MR 1015 is easily dispersible in water, making it easy to handle. It is an ideal antifoam concentrate for a wide range of applications where maximum compatibility and excellent efficiency are required.

AEROSIL® 200 HV is a hydrophilic fumed silica with a specific surface area of 200 m²/g.

Lutensol® XP 40 is a nonionic surfactant manufactured by causing a C10-alcohol to react with ethylene oxide in stoichiometric proportions. It is a cloudy liquid at room temperature and tends to form sediment. The numeric code in the product name indicates the general degree of ethoxylation.

Klearfac® AA 270, a biodegradable anionic phosphate ester surfactant, is highly stable in caustic environments and will not discolor upon direct contact with NaOH beads. While a defoamer may be necessary, it serves as an exceptional emulsifier and effective solubilizing agent for nonionics in high electrolyte solutions.

Plurafac® D 250 is a non-ionic emulsifier that is suitable for oily soils, with a cloud point of 59°C and moderate foaming properties. It belongs to the EO/PO alcohol surfactant category and functions as a good non-ionic emulsifier for oily soils.

Plurafac® SL 62 is a moderately low-foaming surfactant with a cloud point of 62°C. It is suitable for high-temperature cleaning applications above 60°C, especially in food and beverage processing and industrial cleaning, offering cleaning with low foam as a significant benefit.

Lutensol® TDA 9 is a versatile non-ionic surfactant that serves as a workhorse for laundry applications. Its hydrophobe is derived from a natural fatty alcohol, and it is available as approximately 100% active. The cloud point of this surfactant is 60°C. It offers excellent rapid wetting properties, relatively low foaming levels, and good detergency. In addition, it has the ability to function as an emulsifier, dispersant, and solubilizer.

DIEB (Di-Ethylbenzene) is a clear amber liquid with excellent stability. DiEB serves as a raw material for various uses and has an odor characteristic of aromatic hydrocarbons.

Deltamer™ DIEB - HP (High Purity Di-Ethylbenzene) is a versatile product utilized in various chemical processes. It is used in the oxidation process to produce diEB hydroperoxide, which acts as a free radical initiator or as an intermediate in the preparation of ethylphenols, commonly used as additives in lubricating oils, rubbers, and resins. BASF 1,5-Pentanediol (PDO) is a colorless liquid at room temperature (20°C). It is miscible in water and organic solvents. WACKER® GM 196 is a brownish, highly viscous polysiloxane that is modified by alkyl and aralkyl functions.
