LUPOLEN KONZENTRAT AB 20 GF is a high-quality additive designed for use in polyethylene low density. It contains an anti-blocking agent and silica as a filler/additive system. The recommended dosage for extrusion is 3-5%. It is important to store this product in a dry place and protect it from light.

PEXIDAN® V/T-2 is a low density flame-retardant XLPE system curable by moisture and consists of a silane-grafted base compound A-3001 and a catalyst masterbatch CAT-045FR. Mixed and extruded in the proper proportions (50/50), the two components result in a material that is curable by exposure to hot water. PEXIDAN® V/T-2 is halogenated but is RoHS-compliant.

Tasnee LD 4025AS is a Low Density Polyethylene with a Melt Flow Rate of 4.0 g/10min (190°C/2.16kg), recommended for mono and multilayer thin gage blown film extrusion. Tasnee LD 4025AS contains slip and anti- blocking additives and has a suitable molecular structure to produce film with excellent mechanical and optical properties. The melt temperature is suggested to be in the range of 150 – 190°C. Excellent properties of the film are achieved with a blow-up ratio of 2.5:1 and recommended film thickness range from 15 to 40 μm.

Tasnee LD 1925F is a Low Density Polyethylene with a Melt Flow Rate of 2.0 g/10min (190°C/2.16 kg). Tasnee LD 1925F is mainly recommended for crosslinked and non-crosslinked foam applications. It designed to provide uniform cell distribution during LDPE foam extrusion process. Special additive package is used to control the foam cell structure so that uniform cell size and distribution occurred during foam extrusion process. It has a suitable molecular structure and special additive package for providing control and uniform foam cell structure and excellent mechanical properties to the foam. Tasnee LD 1925F can be easily processed on all types of LDPE foam extrusion equipment. The melt temperature is recommended to be in the range of 160 - 200°C.

Tasnee LD 0725N is a Low Density Polyethylene with a Melt Flow Rate of 0.75 g/10min (190°C/2.16kg), recommended for mono and multilayer blown film extrusion. Tasnee LD 0725N is an additive free grade and has a suitable molecular structure to make film with excellent mechanical and optical properties. Tasnee LD 0725N can be easily processed on all types of extruders designed for polyethylene. The melt temperature is suggested to be in the range of 170 – 220°C. Excellent properties of the film are achieved with a blow-up ratio of 2:1 and recommended film thickness range from 25 to 100 μm.

PEXIDAN® J/T is a low density flame-retardant XLPE system curable by moisture and consists of a silane pregrafted base compound A-3001 and a flame-retardant catalyst masterbatch CAT-012FR. Mixed and extruded in the proper proportions (60:40), the two components result in a material that is curable by exposure to 70-95°C hot water or even ambient moisture. PEXIDAN® J/T is designed to meet SAE J1128 standards for GXL, TXL and SXL type insulation. PEXIDAN® J/T is halogenated but is RoHS-compliant.

PETILEN I10-19T is a high flow low density polyethylene resin, produced by high pressure tubular process. Itis developed for injection molding and compounding applications. PETILEN I10-19T contains no additives.
