ELASTOSIL® N 2076 is a flowable, one-part silicone rubber for coating and encapsulation applications. When exposed to air moisture, it cures at room temperature to yield a permanently flexible silicone rubber with good heat resistance and excellent flame retardant properties. Fully vulcanized ELASTOSIL® N 2076 shows long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV radiation. The silicone elastomer may continuously be exposed to constantly changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures as high as 180°C (356°F) without damage.

SEMICOSIL® 949 UV A/B is a pourable, addition-curing, two-part silicone rubber with low viscosity. This product cures extremely fast when exposed to UV light, resulting in a soft silicone elastomer. SEMICOSIL® 949 UV A has a mixing ratio of 10:1 for its two parts and exhibits low viscosity, making it easy to handle and process. It offers the advantage of extremely fast curing at room temperature after UV activation. The cured elastomer has low hardness (Shore 00). Additionally, SEMICOSIL® 949 UV A contains a UV tracer, providing process control options during application.

Total Ground™ Carbon Conductive Spray Paint 838AR is an economical conductive paint that consists of a 1-part, solvent-based acrylic lacquer, pigmented with highly conductive carbon powder. It is smooth, durable, and abrasion resistant. It has a quick dry time, with no heat cure necessary. It adheres strongly to most injection-molded plastics, such as ABS, PBT and PVA. It provides strong corrosion resistance and is suitable for use in marine environments. 838AR is excellent for creating grounded surfaces and in low frequency RFI shielding applications, such as pickup cavities on electric guitars. It is also perfect for shielding metal detectors and other devices where a metalfilled conductive paint would cause malfunction.

ECP 555 silver/copper aerosol combines the EMI Shielding properties with a convenient method of application for prototype and touch up work. It is designed to give low resistance in thin-film thickness displaying excellent adhesion to most plastics it is ideal for electronic equipment housing. It exhibits excellent long term shielding and grounding properties whilst providing an esthetically pleasing appearance.

ECP 573/JSF180/4124 Permanently Conductive Transparent Graphene Hybrid Acrylic Paint sprayable acrylic paint. It is a single component permanently conductive clear acrylic coating that provides effective static elimination for electronics safe handling area and explosive atmosphere applications. Fully compliant with BS EN 61340- 5.1:2007 and ATEX. It contains carbon nanotubes, a graphene derivative.

111-27 is an electrically insulating coating and encapsulant suitable for application by spraying, dipping, syringe dispensing, pouring, and screen printing. This product features excellent adhesion to Kapton, Mylar, glass, and a variety of other surfaces. Unlike conventional insulating materials, this product is very resistant to flexing and creasing when used as a coating. Some applications for 111-27 include, but are not limited to, insulating polyimide flexible circuits, polymer thick film circuitry, environmental and humidity protection of surface mount components, insulating and diffusive layers of LEDs, and membrane switches. 111-27 also protects components from moisture, salts, and abrasion and features a high surface hardness with good toughness which reduces the risk of stress-fracturing bonded components. 111-27 is suitable for UV inspection.Features High dielectric strength coating

ECP 538 Static Dissipative Stoving Enamel for ESD (electrostatic discharge) protection. It is a high performance, rapid curing, high build stoving enamel for static dissipative applications. It combines excellent color and gloss retention together with good physical properties. It is suitable for most applications where it offers fast production turnaround combined with economy and good technical properties.

ECP 537 static dissipative high-temperature paint is a single component static dissipative silicone/acrylic coating that provides excellent anti-static protection in addition to its anti-corrosion properties. Continuous heat resistance is provided up to 3500C. Used in areas where ESD (electrostatic discharge) is to be avoided.

125-50 is an opaque white, screen printable, one component, epoxy, solder mask. This product features excellent adhesion to Kapton, Mylar, aluminum, FR-4 boards, glass and a variety of other substrates. Unlike conventional dielectric materials, this product is very resistant to abrasion, scratching, and thermal aging. Applications for 125-50 include, but are not limited to, solder resistant coatings for electrical and electronic devices.Features Opaque White epoxy dielectric, adheres to ITO.

ECP 575/JSF182/182 Permanently Conductive Clear Two Pack Water-based Epoxy Graphene Paint for use in the electronics industry where ESD (electrostatic discharge) is to be avoided, ECP 575/JSF182/182 is a high quality waterborne two-pack epoxy system. Environmentally friendly it offers the advantage of low odor and easy cleaning of equipment with water. ECP 575/JSF182/182 finds applications in such areas as floor coatings, particularly where the previous coating is unknown as solvent will attack many coatings causing them to lift.

904-64-4 is a two component, thermally conductive, high performance room temperature addition curing silicone.

ECP 536 Highly Conductive Flexible Polyurethane Coating. ECP 536 conductive flexible polyurethane is for use in applications where a highly conductive, anti-static surface is required on a flexible surface eg, P.U. elastomer, PVC, rubber variants, fabrics, leather etc.

Sealitt™ A-46 is a high performance, high and low temperature one-part thin coat sealant and architectural clear coat for metals such as copper, stainless steel, aluminum, glass, ceramics, composites and plastics. A typical single coating of 0.002” (5mm) thick provides excellent corrosion protection, with a pinhole free coating in a single 0.002” thick application. Cop- per test plates, after 6 months exposure to heavy winter rains showed no signs of corrosion or loss of architectural quality and no degredation from sun exposure.
