WACKER® Silicone Paste P 12 is a pure white, soft-consistency heat sink paste with marked thermal conductivity. It is electrically insulating. WACKER® PASTE P 12 is used especially in semiconductor technology as a heat sink paste. When there is a need for good heat transfer from a semiconductor to a cooling element, applying a thin coating of WACKER® PASTE P 12 is advisable. In the assembly of semiconductors such as diodes, transistors, and thyristors, microscopic irregularities may exist on the mating surfaces of the semiconductor and the cooling surface. These surface irregularities can hinder firm metal-to-metal contact when assembled.

POWERSIL® N 552 White is a one-component silicone dispersion that cures to form a tough high-voltage insulator coating with excellent electrical properties. It offers very good resistance to weathering and outstanding tracking resistance, ensuring its performance in various environmental conditions. SEMICOSIL® 988 TIC is a non-slump, thermally curable, one-part silicone rubber with excellent insulation properties. This product is optimized for insulation coating applications in disk power semiconductors. It is a ready-to-use system that exhibits thixotropic behavior, ensuring easy application and positioning. SEMICOSIL® 988 TIC is transparent, has a medium hardness, and offers high flexibility as a low-stress adhesive.

ELASTOSIL® LR 6200 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber (LSR) that is solvent-free and free-flowing. It utilizes additive curing and consists of two components. This grade is specifically designed for textile coatings. ELASTOSIL® LR 6200 A/B has a very low viscosity, allowing for good penetration into the substrate and a dry surface touch. It is particularly well suited for textile coating applications that require enhanced flame retardancy.

ELASTOSIL® LR 6294 A/B is a two-component, solventless liquid silicone rubber (LSR) system that cures rapidly upon heating to a tough silicone rubber. This product provides good adhesion and has been formulated primarily as a high-strength, moderate-viscosity liquid rubber for fabric coating applications.
