Cosm'Oil® RED GAC is obtained from the red fruit of Momordica cochinchinensis. It is from the family Cucurbitaceous, is an annual climbing and tapering plant with a height of up to 5m. According to the cultivars, the surface of the fruits is more or less tuberous; their lengths vary from 8 to 35cm. At maturity, the fruit is bright orange and divides from the bottom upwards into 2 or 3 segments which let the seeds appear in their red, transparent and gelatinous mucilage.
