Physical data as per test specimen cured for 8 hrs. at 80°C ebalta GH 706 is the castable version of the very hard gelcoat OH 6-1.

Please ask for our mixing table IP 25/IP 430. ebalta AH 150/IP 25 is suitable for infusions with a flow distance up to approx. 450 mm as well as for laminating thin and largearea laminates up to 3 mm thickness.

TC-1650 A/B is an aluminum powder filled epoxy casting resin system that provides service temperatures to 350°F (177°C). TC-1650 A/B is most commonly used for the construction of molds that require good heat conductivity, outstanding durability and provide production run capability. The majority of applications for TC-1650 A/B are used in conjunction with other materials in developing composite mold structures; however, the TC-1650 A/B isfrequently used by itself.

TC-1618 A/B is an aluminum filled hi-temp epoxy surface coat that provides a tough 90 Shore D surface. This resin compound can be applied with a brush, to a thickness of 1/16" on vertical surfaces or over sharp corners without sag or run-off. TC-1618 A/B features excellent heat resistance with ability to handle constant use at temperatures up to 300F (149C). This system does not contain "MDA" or "VCHD".

TC-1607 A/B is an unfilled, medium viscosity laminating resin for high temperature plastic tooling and part fabrication. This system is ideal for wet lay-up tooling applications where excellentdimensional stability and high mechanical properties are required.

TC-1570 A/B is a general-purpose white epoxy surface coat that can be used in conjunction with epoxy or polyurethane resin systems. TC-1570 A/B is noted for its ease of application and its ability to hang on vertical surfaces without sag or runoff.

BC 7062 are aluminum filled, low viscosity epoxy mass casting resins. These room temperature cure systems allow the user choice thicknesses of 1/8 inch to a maximum of 6 inches without foaming or yielding excessive shrinkage. Casting thicknesses may be increased by incorporating aluminum needles, puffs or granules. BC 7062, when properly cured, provides nearly perfect reproduction, resulting in a dimensionally stable, hard, tough surface. For use in constructing duplicate models, prototypes, patterns, facing dies, etc.

ebalta AH 120/ TL-1 is a very thin liquid epoxy resin with high values of strength and dimensional stability. Due to its good impregnating and wetting properties it is suitable as laminating resin for high-strength components with fabrics of glass –or carbon fiber. ebalta AH 120/ TL-1 is suitable for laminating of thin as well as thick laminates with large surface up to a thickness of 10 mm. Mechnical properties basing on test pieces being postcured for 8 hrs. at 80°C Demoulding depending on layer thickness, geometry and room temperature. Check for individual case. Postcuring before demoulding of laminates, if possible.

Due to its good soaking and wetting properties the resin/hardener mixture is suitable for infusion and laminating of solid parts with glass or carbon fibers. Please ask for our mixing table IP 25/IP 430. ebalta AH 150/IP 430 is suitable for infusions with a flow distance of more than over 1000 mm as well as for laminating thin and large-area laminates up to approx. 18 mm thickness.

CLR3517 is a semi-flexible epoxy casting system. This product was specifically developed for potting/casting of electrical and electronic components. The long pot life of the material makes it suitable for large mass castings or heat induced curing with minimal stress. Product passes Ul 94-Hb In-house flammability testing. for a softer system, Clr 350 is recommended. using the same cure schedule, Clr 3516, a black version of Clr 3517, passed class B, 130C. when tested to Ul 1446.

A clear amber, 100% solids, room temperature curing epoxy system with a 2:1 mix ratio by volume. 1010-CA810 is great for electrical potting and encapsulating, industrial surface coating, wood surface coating and seal coating. This product has a high gloss finish, low viscosity, and good water/chemical resistance.
