Adana Sucrose esters also known as sucrose esters (SE), produced by esterification of sucrose and fatty acids, are mainly the mixture of monoester, diester and triester. Adana Sodium tripolyphosphate is a white crystal or crystalline powder, very soluble in water, alkali metals and heavy metals complexing, hard water softening, pH about 9.5 for 1% aqueous solution, ion exchange capacity, able to change suspension into a clear solution.

Adana Sodium dihydrogen phosphate containing the Molecular formula NaH2PO4 .2H2O is a colorless columnar crystals, odorless, slightly deliquescent, relative density 2.04, melting point 60 ℃, very soluble in water, insoluble in alcohol, forming monohydrate when heated below 100 ℃, forming anhydrous when heated at 100 ℃, and becoming sodium metaphosphate when heated at even higher temperature.
