Adana Sucrose esters also known as sucrose esters (SE), produced by esterification of sucrose and fatty acids, are mainly the mixture of monoester, diester and triester. Adana Sodium dihydrogen phosphate containing the Molecular formula NaH2PO4 .2H2O is a colorless columnar crystals, odorless, slightly deliquescent, relative density 2.04, melting point 60 ℃, very soluble in water, insoluble in alcohol, forming monohydrate when heated below 100 ℃, forming anhydrous when heated at 100 ℃, and becoming sodium metaphosphate when heated at even higher temperature.

Adana Sodium pyrophosphate having the molecular formula Na4P2O7 is a colorless crystalline powder, soluble in water, aqueous solution is alkaline.

Adana Sodium hexametaphosphate having the molecular formula Na6P6O18 is a colorless, transparent sheet or a white granular crystals, easily soluble in water, melting point 616 ℃ (decomposition), relative density 2.484 g/cm3 (20 ℃), high hygroscopicity, can absorb water and become glue-like exposed in the air.
