ADD-2730 has a slight tendency to separation, please take care that product will be homogenized before use.
Coatings:
ADD-2730 can be used in pigmented and non-pigmented systems and is particularly suited for 2 C PU & 2 C-Epoxy flooring systems solvent based as well as solvent free. When combined with the silicone-free surface additive ADD-3777, a good flow can be achieved.
It can be incorporated prior to processing. If it is added subsequently, good distribution must be insured.
0.3-1.5% on total formulation weight
Composite:
ADD-2730 helps rapid de-aeration of the polyester during application so that foam and blister-free compounds/laminates can be produced.
ADD-2730 can be used in room temperature curing unsaturated polyesters, which are used in glass fiber reinforced systems. It is particularly recommended for thin layer (gel coats) and casting systems.
ADD-2730 should be added during the initial mix and prior to processing to avoid foam and blister formation. If it is added to the finished compound, care should be taken to ensure uniform distribution.

Storage & Handling

ADD-2730 should be stored in a cool dry place. When kept in an original unopened container, it will keep up to 3 years from the date of manufacture. ADD-2730 should be handled in accordance with good industrial practice. Detailed information can be found in the Safety Data Sheet.
