This product is especially useful in difficult climatesituations (i.e. Heat, humidity) where a 100% dairy basedheavy whipping cream would otherwise be unstable. This topping can be reconstituted in several customizable ways. Powder can be reconstituted by water, only whole milk, a combination water and heavy cream, or acombination of milk and heavy cream

Uses

Icing and topping of cakes, ice cream, and plated desserts.

  • Basic recipe:
  1. Whipped Cream Topping............450g.(16 oz.)
  2. Water or Milk..........................550g.(20 oz.)
  3. Mix Whipped Cream Topping with liquid ingredients. Whip for 3 minutes on high speed or until soft peaks areachieved. Do not over mix. Store the finished cream under refrigeration.
  • Alternate recipe:
  1. Whipped Cream Topping............ 350g.(12 oz.)
  2. Water.....................................400g.(14 oz.)
  3. Heavy Cream...........................250g.(8.8 oz.)
  4. Mix powder and water for 1 minute on high speed. Add the heavy cream while continuing to mix for 2 additional minutes. Store the finished cream under refrigeration.
