WC-595 A/B is a two-part, clear, 90 Shore A polyurethane elastomer. It is recommended for use wherever a tough, flexible, permanently transparent elastomer is required. It is UV light andoxidation resistant and can be easily tinted or pigmented to clean bright colors.WC-595 A/B does not contain MOCA, MDA or TDI. In addition to being an excellent castable product, it also functions well as an adhesive for bonding various substrates.

WC-565 A/B is a two-part, clear, colorless aliphatic-based polyurethane elastomer. It is recommended for use whenever a flexible, permanently transparent elastomer is required. TC-5015 A/B is a room temperature, addition/platinum curing silicone rubber designed for making molds and parts. When used to make molds, the TC-5015 A/B is translucent enough to see through when casting into the mold cavity. This aids in developing void free surfaces on the casting. TC-5015 A/B is also commonly used to make ink stamp pads as well as other types of pressure pads.

BJB Enterprises TC-1600-AB is an unfilled, low viscosity laminating epoxy resin for variety of fabricating applications. It features the ability to cure at room temperature for applications that do not require a working service temperature above 180°F (82 °C). When post cured at elevated temperatures, this system can provide service up to 300°F (149°C). TC-1600 is commonly used to reinforce fiberglass, Kevlar/aramid, and carbon fiber fabrics. It is also used as an adhesive for bonding wood, composites, and other substrates. Adding fillers like fumed silica, micro-spheres, and short-strand fibers can create pastes for filets, fairings, and bonding applications.

TC-5041 A/B is a high tear strength, addition/platinum, room temperature curing silicone rubber designed for mold making, encapsulation applications, pressure pads, gaskets, and various types of parts. It is also used to make molds for casting low melting metals. With the use of talc powder as an interface the TC-5041 A/B has been used with cast metal temperatures running 650°F (344°C). With the ability to withstand high temperatures the TC-5041 A/B works very well as a mask for metal spraying and welding operations.

With the ability to withstand high temperatures the TC-5050 A/B works very well as a mask for metal spraying and welding operations.

TC-5024A/B is a two-component, room temperature curing silicone elastomer. This system is designed primarily for making molds, but is also used for gaskets as well as a wide variety of parts. This product is a condensation cured system using a tin catalyst that provides a 30-minute work time with a 4-6 hour demold time.

TC-1611 A/B is an easy to apply, heat resistant, black surface coat commonly used as a face coat for epoxy laminating and casting systems. TC-1611 A/B provides excellent surface detail reproduction and has a service temperature of 350°F (177°C).

TC-5040 A/B is a room temperature, addition/platinum curing silicone rubber designed for mold making, encapsulation applications, pressure pads, gaskets, and various other types of parts. When this rubber is used to make certain types of molds, it is translucent enough to see through when casting into the mold cavity.

TC-5045 A/B is a room temperature, addition/platinum curing silicone rubber designed for mold making, encapsulation applications, pressure pads, gaskets, and various types of parts. It is anexcellent mold material for casting rigid and flexible urethane systems. It may also be used as a mold making material for casting low melting metals in continuous operations to 650F (344°C) and sporadic applications of 850F (454°C). TC-5045 A/B has proven to be less inhibited in its cure than standard platinum based silicones. It has a very favorable CTE for heat expandable mandrels used in composite tooling.

WC-540A/B is a two-part, water clear, colorless aliphatic based polyurethane elastomer. It is recommended for use whenever a flexible, permanently transparent elastomer is required. It is UV light and oxidation resistant and can be easily tinted or pigmented to clean bright colors.WC-540A/B does not contain MOCA, TDI or MDA. TC-1622 A/B is an unfilled laminating resin for high temperature mold and part fabricationformulated to provide superior wet-out and adhesion to a variety of substrates. It is agreat material for Vacuum Assisted Resin Transfer Molding (VARTM) as well as other wet lay-up methods due to its low viscosity and long working time. When properly cured TC-1622 A/B can be used up to350°F (177°C).

TC-1650 A/B is an aluminum powder filled epoxy casting resin system that provides service temperatures to 350°F (177°C). TC-1650 A/B is most commonly used for the construction of molds that require good heat conductivity, outstanding durability and provide production run capability. The majority of applications for TC-1650 A/B are used in conjunction with other materials in developing composite mold structures; however, the TC-1650 A/B isfrequently used by itself.

TC-1618 A/B is an aluminum filled hi-temp epoxy surface coat that provides a tough 90 Shore D surface. This resin compound can be applied with a brush, to a thickness of 1/16" on vertical surfaces or over sharp corners without sag or run-off. TC-1618 A/B features excellent heat resistance with ability to handle constant use at temperatures up to 300F (149C). This system does not contain "MDA" or "VCHD".

TC-1607 A/B is an unfilled, medium viscosity laminating resin for high temperature plastic tooling and part fabrication. This system is ideal for wet lay-up tooling applications where excellentdimensional stability and high mechanical properties are required.
