BOMAR™ BR-970BT is a low molecular weight, difunctional, aliphatic urethane acrylate. BR-970BT can be blended with other oligomers to achieve a balance of toughness and flexibility. Bomar™ BR-541S a difunctional, polyether urethane acrylate that is used for its desirable balance of toughness and flexibility. It adheres readily to a variety of substrates including cold rolled steel, glass, PC, and stainless steel. It is an excellent choice for impact-resistant coatings. BR-541S is desirable for use in cosmetic applications where color stability and optically clear tough coatings are needed.

BR-952 is an aliphatic urethane dimethacrylate. The low viscosity allows for ease of use in coating applications for the nail care and 3D printing industries. BR-952 can be used to provide a high gloss, tough coating or 3D printed part. This material is also used in coatings for construction applications when improved toughness is desired for excellent durability. BR-952 provides an inherently high HDT of 143°C and a Tg of 159°C, and is inherently tin-free

BR-441BI20 is a fast-curing, high tensile strength, low molecular weight aliphatic polyester urethane acrylate with low color, high hardness, and excellent adhesion to plastic substrates. BR-441BI20 can be considered for use in high tensile strength overprint varnishes, high tensile strength 3D printing resins, and non-yellowing coatings.

Bomar®BR-930D is a trifunctional, urethane acrylate oligomer which offers high heat distortion temperatures. This product also offers high abrasion resistance, solvent resistance,and durability. BR-930D is perfect for 3D printing applications usingSLA, 3D inkjet,and DLP printers.

BR-771F is a low molecular weight oligomer with a good balance of high tensile strength and moderate elongation with an excellent cure speed. BR-771F exhibits excellent adhesion to plastic substrates, particularly polycarbonate. Formulations made with BR-771F can exhibit superior toughness properties with a high Tg. Its inherently low color and aliphatic backbone make BR-771F an excellent candidate for polycarbonate coatings and adhesives

BOMAR®BR-144B, a medium molecular weight, trifunctional, aliphatic polyether urethane acrylate oligomer, offers the formulator a cost effective means of obtaining high abrasion resistance and solvent resistance in a durable, high-gloss coating. While not limited to these fields, BR-144B is an effective choice in wood and furniture applications, along with abrasion-resistant overprint varnishes.This material has low skin sensitivity for dental and cosmetic applications.

BR-144H15 is a trifunctional polyether urethane acrylate with excellent weatherability properties, fast cure speeds, and abrasion and solvent resistance. BR-144H15 is suitable for abrasion resistant wood coatings, hydrolytically stable inks, and coatings requiring additional cure speed with multifunctional oligomers.

Jaylink Additives® JL-106E polymerizable cellulosic is an acrylamidomethyl—substituted cellulose ester polymer. Due to its high degree of acrylamide substitution, formulations using JL-106E cure very rapidly in response to UV/EB. Resulting films have excellent abrasion, chemical, and impact resistance. The hydrophobic and hydrophilic segments of 106E make it an excellent compatibilizer for materials of differing polarity. JL-106E is used for its thixotropic characteristics, which are particularly useful in improving UV ink holdout on porous substrates, without sacrificing cured properties. BR-371B, a low molecular weight, difunctional, aliphatic polyether urethane acrylate oligomer, is a great fit for coatings that require high tensile strength, superior hardness, scratch resistance, and weathering resistance. Formulations with BR-371B yield hard, clear, low-yellowing films. This is a reduced MEHQ version of BR-371S.
