Processing Conditions: The fruit to be washed and inspected before passing to production.

Cleaned fruit to be chopped and comminuted and then to be heated and sieved through a 0.8mm mesh. The sieved puree to be pasteurized at over 90°C for at least 2 minutes and cooled before filling aseptically into sterilized bags contained in labeled drums.
