Processing Conditions
  • The fruit to be washed and inspected before passing to the extracting machines.
  • Juice obtained by mechanical process without affecting the color, aroma and flavor of the juice.
  • The fruit juice to be screened through a sieve (less than 0.5mm mesh).
  • Then the juice is pasteurized at more than 90ºC, cooled down and immediately filled into aseptic drums.
