Plastics that must meet high require­ments need support: Under the trade name BRUG­GOLEN® we offer special high-perform­ance addit­ives for tech­nical plastics with an emphasis on poly­amide (PA 6, PA 6.6, PA 12, and copoly­amide), including heat, processing, and light stabil­izers, processing aids, and modi­fiers. BRUG­GOLEN® polymer addit­ives can be used in injec­tion molding and extru­sion, as well as in the pack­aging industry and fiber industry. These polymer addit­ives ensure effi­cient processing as well as an improved service life for plastic parts, and they offer high quality on econom­ical terms. Our polymer addit­ives are readily avail­able as indi­vidual products or combin­a­tion products (One-Packs). One-Packs are ready-mixed compounds of two or more addit­ives and they are tailored to special solu­tions and applic­a­tions. One-Packs are avail­able as powder, compactate, or master batch, and in this regard help to save almost half of the additive raw mater­ials.

Brueggemann Zinc Carbonate AC is not only a raw material for organic zinc derivatives. In the rubber industry, it is also used in the production of transparent and translucent rubber items. BRUGGOLEN® H3386 is a mixture of copper-complex-based antioxidants and synergists. It is used for the retention of natural polyamide color after conditioning. This product is particularly suitable for the stabilization of polyamides against thermal aging, chemical attack, or aggressive weathering conditions.

BRUGGOLEN® H3386

BRUGGOLEN® TP-H2217 is a halogen and metal-free heat stabilizer for aliphatic polyamides in a polymeric granular product form It is suitable for polyamides in E&amp;E applications. It has exceptional features:


Improved retention of mechanical performance under heat compared to standard phosphite/phenolic based stabilizers
Tensile strength retention of at least 50% for 2500h at 150°C
Maintains comparative tracking index (CTI) up to 600V
Allows E&amp;E applications at elevated temperatures
TP-H2217 has no influence on flame retardancy: UL94 V-0


Brueggemann Ethanol 96% (Pharma Quality) is our undenatured ethanol produced and analyzed by following the European Pharmacopeia standard which is effective in the European Union.

You will find a proper certificate of analysis enclosed in every delivery.

 

The pharma quality of ethanol is suitable for the production of solutions, formulations, or pharmaceuticals, whereby ethanol is used as an excipient. Moreover, Ethanol 96%, Pharma Quality, undenatured is applied in different sectors such as disinfection or extraction.

 

All ethanol pharma qualities are possible in GMP quality as well. For companies that use ethanol as an active ingredient, GMP ethanol is mandatory. If ethanol is used as an excipient, GMP ethanol is recommended.

 

You will receive the ethanol in new disposable containers. Delivery costs and delivery times vary depending on the delivery location abroad.
