This product is an excellent source of dietary fiber. As an ingredient with good sensorial properties it can be used in a wide variety of food products that will contribute to and increase
the daily intake of fiber. ActiStar RT has low water binding, permitting high inclusion levels with few formulation changes. All this, while maintaining a desirable finished texture.
