Castle Dairy SKIMMED MILK POWDER, DELACTOSED is a dry powder obtained by evaporating lactose free skimmed milk. It has a yellowish white color and a slightly sweet smell and flavor.

Castle Dairy SKIMMED MILK POWDER, STANDARD is a free flowing creamy-white powder, obtained from high quality fresh cow milk that has been skimmed, pasteurized at a temperature that doesn't alter its properties, vacuum concentrated in a multi-stage down draft evaporator and then spray-dried. It has no cooked-milk odor and taste.

Acid Whey Powder is a free flowing spray dried powder. It is produced from the whey coming from the acid curdling of the milk during cheese production. It is used to produce pastry, bakery products, chocolate, biscuit, ice cream, convenience food like ready-cooked dishes, desserts, etc.

Milk Protein Isolate (MPI) is obtained by the partial removal of sufficient lactose and minerals (non-protein constituents) from skimmed milk. Milk Protein Isolate contains a least 90% protein, very little fat (typically less than 3%), carbohydrates or lactose. This product may be used as a daily supplement for those who do not consume the recommended amount of protein in their diet or those who are lactose intolerant. Due to the very high amino acid composition, the Milk Protein Isolate is excellent to be used in protein bars and meal replacement powders.
